Tropicanna Dispensary and Weed Delivery

Can't really review quality or atmosphere because I didn't receive anything. Waited 40 minutes before calling and confirming the order myself because it said that it was confirmed on the website. I was then told that I would have to upload a picture of my face and ID (no problem just weird and no place to do that) and then I was told it was going to be about 2 hours which after waiting almost an hour with a confirmation from the website but not from them I decided against. It says they'll call and confirm but they don't so you have to call yourself you're better off going to fabulous creations they are cheaper even with the delivery fee and they deliver fast. like really fast.

Driver was great but originally they said in detail the wait time (driver needs to take a break so it will be x timeframe) No show at the end of the window of time so I called back and they basically claimed they never said that. Inaccurate wait times and really bad people on the phone. 45 minutes to an hour became 2 hours. I don’t mind at all if it is 2 hours just tell me that up front and if there was a mistake just be nice. I never wanted anything for the inconvenience just like be decent about it. I wouldn’t recommend this place there are plenty of better options.

I’m pretty sure I bought a counterfeit cart from here because I broke out in a skin rash after using a vape cart I purchased at this dispensary

Was visiting from AZ, my visit was Great after coming to this location! All the Stiiizy I got just to forget me battery in AZ so you know I had to come back n revisit just to cop a battery and of coarse more product

Favorite dispo of all time!! Love the crew the, decor and the line up of products! Really gotta give them credit for all the work they do to stay on top of things. From management to marketing and budtenders they strive to continually progress and take on new challenges just to give the community the best of the best, can’t beat this type of dedication 👌🏽 also.. love that fact they read all of their reviews and pressing into everyone’s concern they always strive to do what’s right, and to listen to feedback whether it be good or bad. One of the ladies in the front gave me a really weird and rude attitutude im not sure if she was having a bad day or something but for the price of the weed I got it was really overpriced. Weed I bought had mold on some in the back I was pisssseed.

tropicanna has high quality products for the best prices! super comfortable and welcoming shop! the workers are outstanding and are super knowledgeable! ask any questions and they'll be answered! I am definitely coming back here and making this my MAIN SHOP!

Security guard inside has an attitude issue, loved everyone else but like they always say "a bad apple ruins the bunch". Won't be back.
