Floyd's Fine Cannabis on 28th

I'm needing a 1/4 ounce. Going to my favorite spot. Floyd's is Bo$$.

From start to finish my experience here was not good. Poor customer service. Poor environment. Poor product. I wish I would have walked out before my purchase. The girl working here made me feel rushed from the moment I walked in the door. It’s mostly because she was busy I’m sure but at the same time it stressed me out. Jus relax. It’s jus selling weed. Don’t take your job or yourself to seriously. Besides you work for tips. Make people feel uncomfortable and they are a lot less likely to give you gratuity. I mean I get it you’re the only buddtender and it’s busy but suck it up. Also the place is tiny. Like one or two ppl at a time. So yeah if one or more ppl show up it’s a nightmare. Last but not least. I asked for shatter and I got some last run/shake/leaf/blasted onto some wax paper that I wouldn’t let my dog smoke (jus kidding I don’t have a dog). So with that TRU I say good day!

came in on Sunday and the shop smelled like ass...not a good start. there was a really ridiculous exchange between the budtenders and the customer in front of me over processing two transactions for each person. Totally unnecessary to have two people handling this in such a small shop already. By the time I was up there were at least 3 people waiting behind me. Flower is meh, super old but cheap. The OR Blackberry I picked up has zero effect on me. I came in once prior on a Friday night and it was a totally different scene, two friendly girls were working and the flower was a step above meh.

Inside of a house which was first for me, great deals for great weed. Staff wasn't very talkative which is a good thing IMO. Will be my new go to

Being a first time customer, I will say I like the variety they have here. I can't afford the best of strains, so I like that they have bottom & mid shelf nugs. I checked their menu 3 times before my online order, XJ-13 was there, then it was gone, then it was back. I ordered it and when I got there, they canceled it off my order but it's still on their menu. I wouldn't suggest doing an online order because not everything is labeled as shake as it should be. But I will say, you will get what you pay for in price, and that I like. Just update your menu more please or just shop in store for those reading. :)

Very uncomfortable going there when the tall guy with dirty blond short hair and beard is working. Multiple times I have watched him smile to a customers face and talk about them when they leave with his coworkers. He is really rude to me because I sometimes and poor and pay with change. I’m a very quiet and polite person and idk if he thinks I’m really shy or vulnerable because of my poverty issues but it’s very disrespectful. He does that thing where you passive aggressively make comments to your buddy about another person in the room in front of them but in an indirect way so that it can be denied when confronted. I stay at Reed College but go to Lloyd center instead because of the professional service and comfortable environment. I don’t know the guy and have never really even said much to him, so it’s really confusing why he dislikes me so much. I just keep to myself go there to get my products, smile, say hello and leave. I really suggest if you live in southeast an can afford it to go to Pakalolo, the family that owns that store are really helpful and professional and same with most other Floyd’s. It just really is unfortunate this store has to be the only place in the sellwood area to get cheap weed. Hopefully others have a more genuine experience

My favorite overall location! I travel out of my town to come to this 28th location. I always have something to look at for next time, and always have what I want while I'm here. 100% would recommend this dispensary to any of my friends!

Recently was in to get a half oz and 90% of what I received was stems. Not to mention the ridiculous number of seeds I found in the weed either. Probably the last time I’ll come in because I even watched the dude pretend to pick stems off as it was put in the jar then came home to find hardly any weed in my container.

Budtender are always very kind and welcoming. Super knowledgeable about all of their 50+ strains. I always get exactly what I am looking for when I come in. Erin, Kaylee, Caleb, Liam, Caroline, Yaz, Kaitlyn, and Allycia are a absolutely phenomenal crew!

I never had a problem until tonight. I went to pick up my order that was placed hours ago and I am told I owe an extra $6. I showed my text confirmation and order number and they still continued to be rude until I seen a manager, I don’t understand why any of this even happened. I got a $10 1/4 , taxes were $2 (I actually thought they were $4) so I had $14, I was told I only needed $12 in the text so that’s what I expected to pay, then when I get there, they argued with me about needing to pay $18. I don’t think I’ll be placing an online order again so there’s no confusing and conflict when I do arrive.

Convenient location with sweet deals and super friendly staff! Darby always knows what's up and has the best recommendations. The online pickup is a great option for people who are distancing or just want to save some time, love coming here!
