Floyd's Fine Cannabis on Broadway

Always love coming into Floyd’s! Got to see Shaq, and it was nice to see a friendly and familiar face! She helped me out big time and she’s always so nice and so funny! I’ll definitely be coming back! Thanks Shaq for your help!

The first couple times i came here were fine, fine bud at good prices. Recently I interacted with Charlotte and she was so helpful! She took into account everything I said, made helpful recommendations and was super chill. Will be coming back as long as she’s here.

The online ordering system is convenient, the staff is helpful and efficient for the most part. There’s a good variety and I haven’t had any issues yet. There are times when there’s a line inside and only a couple tenders are helping customers and you can peep the manager maybe check some people in, but not address any customer needs to help die the line down. I’m sure there’s other tasks they’re doing, but those tasks will still be there when the customer leaves, ya know? :) Regardless, they’re all kind, respectful, and knowledgeable about the product and I don’t typically have to spend longer than 15-20 minutes there.

I love buying my various recreational weed & accessories from Floyds. I consider the Broadway location my Home store & I've been going there for about 2 1/2 years. I am a combat veteran, I'm considered disabled due to speech limitations, I'm now also a Senior Citizen, and I'm living a homeless life. Everyone at Floyds has treated me with respect & appreciation. By the way, I go there because of whats on their menu, their pricing, & mostly because I can! I never thought that buying weed legally & in the open would be possible in my lifetime so I don't give a rats ass if the Budtenders customer service skills are lacking, it's the bud I came for. If you need to learn about what you're wanting to consume or put in your body, I suggest you go on-line & research your info, order your weed using on-line app & lastly keep in mind that Floyds has always been a fast paced purchasing experience and combine that with how all businesses are operating under new working conditions that limit risk exposures to their employees & customers, you end up with not much time for face to face shopping. So, check yourself before you go in and tell yourself that this ain't about me, you, or Floyd.. It's about the weed.

Has become like a police state, requiring one to drop their mask so they can take a photo of you. I tried to tell them the truth that this is a violation of the U.S. Bill of Rights, specifically the Fourth Amendment [unreasonable search and seizure (of information)], and thus a violation of privacy rights (not to mention presumption of guilt that you might do something wrong so they have your pic on hand), to which they responded very rudely, 'If you don't like it, you can go to a different dispensary', twice. Quite chilling. The country is already turning into more and more of a police state without dispensaries becoming like a police state too. I've been a long-time customer, they just started this policy relatively recently, and it's made me start to consider taking my business to a different dispensary. Come on you guys, don't you also violate civil rights and encroach on peoples' privacy more than we already have to deal with! One would think that dispensaries would want to make their experience more in line with liberty and freedom, not less and less so! I otherwise love Floyd's, and I don't want to have to go someplace else!

Great Bud Gem has great service

Older white dude behind the counter spent the entire time he was filling my online order mansplaining why it wasn’t ready, how busy and understaffed the store was, and informed me how to “call in about my order before arriving so that I can make sure it is complete before showing up.” Just give me my weed and shut up sir. Taking the opportunity to remind people that the customer is not there to do emotional labor for you at your stressful job. We are all in hellscape capitalism together and it’s okay to just be quiet sometimes. Match my energy please and thank you. The weed soda was flat af too - not sure how long it had been sitting on the shelf - grab that from a different dispo. They have the strain my sweetie likes so I’ll return for that.

This was my first time shopping at Floyd's and I would highly recommend it. Charlotte was the budtender that helped me out and she was really great about walking me through all of the different options that they had to offer. I ended up with some great bud for an awesome price. Definitely come here and ask for Charlotte.

Went in to buy some products had the rudest lady ever if that's what you can call her so disrespectful, I don't know why she even has a job in customer Service she was horrible, if you go in don't get waited on by Charlotte she is Nasty, I left the store and went somewhere else, just a all around bad experience with Charlotte horrible lady.

Stopped by to do some shopping, had some questions on some products I was wondering about, my budtender Randy was Awesome and funny as hell very knowledgeable and answered all my questions if you go here look for Randy he was Awesome, Randy the budman.

I miss coming here. u all have the best deal in Portland.

Astrid made my experience very enjoyable. She was very friendly and patient. She knew the answers to all my questions and helped me pick some flower I love. Ended up going with juicee j on her suggestion and it was amazing. I hope she's my budtender every time!
