I’ve been here a few times and the flower is dope. Pretty decent selection and the budtenders have all been pretty knowledgeable of the products and strains. But the main point of the review is to give a shout out to Jake, solid budtender and he knew how to suggestive sell the right way! Awesome suggestions and super chill.

The staff is great and willing to help. Plus I live pretty close to it.

Been going to trubliss for years as a medical and rec customer. They usually have top tier products. Wish they would bring back Natures Meds products like shatter and live resin.

Left the store in complete tears. Felt absolutely humiliated, thanks to the man upfront named Pete, I believe. Apparently a new security guard of the facility. I came in very happy coming from my sister in laws baby shower, he wasn’t speaking clear or remotely loud enough to hear. I asked what he had said and he laughed in my face MULTIPLE TIMES. Then proceed to sit and chuckle under his breathe as he proceeds to then correct me from “picking up my order” to “you mean an online order” yes obviously the same thing. I hope to never see him in there again. Unfortunately even with them giving me $5 credit I’d rather not be embarrassed to go in and feel the way I did again.

I felt like the gal helping us had no clue what we needed, sorta felt rushed to buy something that we weren't sure would work for pain and it wasn't . Wasted our $ on gummies that do nothing for the pain. This was our second time here, the place is sorta hard to find, sets back from view. You don't get a choice of who waits on you so maybe we just got an untrained gal ?? We might try one more time

There are so many discounted/ flash sale flower options and feel that most come with a catch in quality. Not here. It definately pays to be selective, ask questions, and the bud tenders will blow you away with there amazing personable service and hospitable attitudes with big smiles all the way around. That's alot to be said, when you consider how busy they are and how many patients they serve in a shift and how exhausting it would be. Once you interact with their amazing management you can understand how and why they can. Drive out from Chandler and feel like home. Thanks guys!!!
