Trulieve - Bonita Springs

First time here and everyone was so knowledgeable and friendly. I explained my illnesses of MS,PTSD,Lyme disease, and anxiety and they helped me figure out just what I needed.

Over time and multiple visits, they have gone to hell. They now suck. Advisors make up their own rules.

This is by far the worst dispensary in the area I’ve put multiple online orders in and they don’t even have them when I get there eight hours later they don’t expedite you for online orders don’t go there unless you have at least an hour and a half of your time. Try grow healthy , Surterra or RISE before wasting your life

I was at my Friday Doctor's appointment down the Street from Trulieve Bonita so I went on their website to view the inventory. They had a marvelous selection of Flower, particularly, Indica. I picked a few of my favorite 1/8ths for Pick up. Arrived and waited about 10mins to GoBack. Brian took good care of me, already had my order ready to go. gave me a killer new customer discount!!! This store is Super Clean, Well Staffed and a pleasure to do business with. 5Stars ALL DAY!!

Placed an order for delivery. Never got a call back. Order was restocked and is sold out. Customer service wanted to offer me a whopping 10% off!! For THEIR mistakes!!EAD for eternity Trulieve! Used to recommend you to everyone. Now I’ll do everything I can to take your customer market away.

Had a great first trip to this dispensary and I was not disappointed. The quality of the product and helpfulness of the bud tender will have me coming back if I’m in the area again.

This is by far the worst dispensary I have been to. Terrible service. Never double check the orders. No point in express order as you still wait behind walk ins. I mean honestly they have a lot of product but it’s not worth the headache of this poorly run business.

96 f@ckin# dollars for a mid 850 mg cartridge! You’re kidding me. I’m a patient in Arizona and to think you guys are selling less than full gram cartridges for almost 100 bones is outrageous. Seriously. And the sad part is, I bet none of these old timers even know the difference. Shame on you guys

I get frustrated because I have to have my medicine delivered due to being home and bed bound and I don’t understand why I don’t have the same equal ability to get many products (specifically the CO2 cartridges and other products) that they state that “they are out of product for delivery yet it’s available for pickup”? That is not fair and you used to be my very favorite dispensary until I stopped being able to get the medicine that I need (not just a want), but people that aren’t paralyzed or not able to drive due to the terminal illnesses. Then the toll free number says that you don’t have any CO2 whatsoever and they unfortunately don’t know if you actually have the products that say are available for pickup but not delivery and end up telling me that you don’t have any products of CO2 cartridges ever available for delivery, and then your website is saying “Pickup instead?” I am now down to months to live and I can’t get the medicine that helps me the best. I asked the toll free number person to please call you and confirm that they are correct and your website is wrong and they flat out refused and told me that you don’t have any phones at the dispensary which is ludicrous because people at the store have spoken with me from the store previously. Please make your products equally available for all of your patients. Please. Thank you for taking the time to read this. Have a wonderful day!

I've been going to Trulieve since I moved here from NJ. I find the adivsors are very helpful and patient and do a good job of educating me about new products. Today, I worked with Matt B. and I really want to give him high praise for the job he did on my order. I don't like to order ahead because I always want to check to see new products and their attributes or drawbacks for my condition. Matt was patient and very helpful, consistantly checking with the computer to give me a good idea about the terpenes in each of the products I chose. I liked him enough to ask him if I could request him the next time I go in and found out how. He's an asset to Trulieve, and although I've been very lucky each time I've gone in, I will be asking for him when I go in next month.

Premium flower is well worth it. Quick visit friendly staff. Easy to order online. Absolutely worth shopping here.

Awesome staff and amazing products, but you gotta wait sometimes way longer than necessary

This was my first time going into a dispensary. First, the staff in the waiting area (Especially with the COVID-19) were very professional, respected personal space and made me feel comfortable. The facility was exceptionally clean and staff and customers were wearing masks. Once taken in back to the store I was recommended to see Brian Marshall Pullen. Brian was very informative and took his time with me so I felt comfortable and confident. He went over different options. I asked Brian his name again because when I revisit I really want him to assist me. My first experience in a dispensary was amazing because of Brian. I also want to say the facility was so clean and I think the owner was there because she was double checking the disinfecting being done. I overheard her saying their top priorities are customer service and cleanliness. As we all know this is a strange time and it’s nice to know there are people like Brian and Trulieve Bonita Springs that are taking our health and well-being seriously. Thank you again for today.

Three orders now in a row they messed up. Delivery window they give is 8am to 6pm, so plan to be home all 8 hours. They text you 15 minutes before they arrive so don’t go far! Two of the times they canceled the order without notifying me, due to low stock after confirming it went thru fine. They REALLY DONT CARE. Be ready for frustration and a lot of excuses from them! No thanks - there is competition. Trulieve also does not contain descriptions of the content to the extent others do. Avoid the hassle, you will thank me later.

Third time here third problem here The staff are incredibly rude extremely long wait times. Been to four other tru locations this is by far the worst!

Always get what I’m looking for. Great selection of high quality options. Get your order in online and use the advance check in, to avoid the waits. Walk in availability can differ from what’s online. Online menu reflects most accurately.
