Trulieve - Orlando South

Orlando south is awesome! Its always clean and the people are always smiling and happy to be there. The awesome staff is extremely knowledgeable about the products and are always happy to share new information with you. I always go home with a new piece of information learned and a new product to test out. This may not be everyone's Disney but it sure is my Disney! I cant thank them enough for the relief they have provided me from what can be a very difficult disease.

Good customer service for the most part and very good products. The downsides would be their ordering System. 3 hours for a pick up order when I could go in and get it faster but it also takes forever to go in, I’ve waited up to an hour and a half for a walk -in. They also have a pretty bad online system. For instance they posted that they had restocked on ground flower and I tried to make an order at 8 am and it was already out of stock on their websites. I called in and waited 1 and a half hours for a call back but never received anything so I called again and waited around 30 minutes. Once I finally spoke to someone I asked about the ground flower and I was assured that they did had it in stock and to go to the store itself so I wouldn’t have to wait the 3 hours. Went to the store and there was no ground flower. About an Hour and a half later, so roughly 3-4 hours in total, I finally received my call from Trulieve that I had requested. But even though their system can be very frustrating their products don’t disappoint

The staff is very friendly and informative about the products that they carry. I consider myself an experienced user, but am always open to learning more along the way and Trulieve is a big help. Sandy helped me check in my first visit and guided me through the process effectively and efficiently. Mekah assisted me during several visits. She has an exceptional knowledge of the product and many items I’ve purchased she has personally used. I trust her opinion as everything I’ve gotten has been amazing. Make sure to try their 9# Hammer flower, it’s incredible for insomnia, anxiety, and pain. I’m big into concentrates and recommend their Sour Diesel Crumble and ANYTHING from Blue River Terps! There are so many great things to say, about this Trulieve, inventory is plentiful and there are lots of strains to choose from. Shout out goes to Adrian for going the extra mile to check for any strains I’m in search of and having great knowledge overall with the variety of products!

Rashad is a friendly tender and we always banter, even if he’s helping someone else. He exudes friendly. Ivy assisted me last time & even with the computer giving her a hard time, she was extremely kind & patient. I will keep coming back to this location.

They make people waiting for an hours in this store they work slow they never got flowers it gets me Upset

My first time at a trulieve was in melbourne and i hated it...but i went into the south orlando location and it was great. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Robby is who helped me and he was extremely helpful and knowledgable. Even while training someone else he was on point. Thanks Robby for being so helpful!!

Just got my card this was my first time going to a dispensary. Adrian sat down and spoke with me for almost an hour explaining in detail all the questions I had and gave me a lot of helpful information to guide me in the right direction. Overall was very impressed with the facility and stuff Will definitely recommend and return

I love everyone here Robby is always amazing to work with and gives great recommendations! They normally always have flower in stock and that is great because a lot of places run out quick. My favorite dispensary by far. I am a frequent flyer

Trulieve by far has the WORST customer service. They act like they have the most phone calls out of any company ever invented. They never have their current product online, nobody ever calls or emails back. Everyone on chat is super rude as well. They might as well shut down, figure their shit out, then reopen. Basically at this place you get penalized for being a pick up order. Only some product is available in store so if you walk in as a pick up and want something they did NOT have listed they treat you as a walkin at the end of the line😂 - good idea. Whoever is running this place needs to put the bong down and organize their shit

Walmart of dispensaries stale product tried almost everything a bunch of bs.. ridiculous wait times aggravation outweighs the benefit

From the moment you walk in the door to the moment you leave it’s just an overall super pleasant experience. The counter staff is great and friendly and all the bud tenders are extremely knowledgeable and easy going to talk to and get exactly what your looking for! High quality stuff very very happy!

Once the best dispensary in Orlando, now the worst.

It was my first time in a Trulieve dispensary. I'm usually a little apprehensive in new places but as soon as I walked in I felt comfortable. There was a very pleasant vibe and energy and I was welcomed right away. I got some new strains I haven't tried before, and the quality so far has been fantastic. I was dealing with spasms all day and was finally able to sleep through the night. Between the quality and service, I will absolutely be back. Not to mention the chairs in the waiting room are suuuuuper comfy ;)

Great staff, the line moves quickly if there is one. Best staff, so many good people, helpful, patient, happy people. Been to this newer location several times and they rock! Security guards have been visible at the front door every time I've been there.

Every time I go they receive me with so much politeness. Very organized in store. On line Order the one time I did it was not complete because they said was not available but they ran out through out the day and I order the day before, so I’m guessing the order does not reverse your strains. It was the first time so no big deal but good idea to check on that. Super fast service and the bud tender that I have talk seem knowledgeable compare to others dispensary. Good place.

Love, love, love this location. They are ALL so knowledgeable and friendly. But my favorite 2 are JENNA and TYLER! Both on point with what my husband and I need for pain and sleep. All the products they've recommended have worked well. Can I adopt them?❤️❤️

Love the friendly and always helpful staff located at Orlando South! Your staff makes me feel welcome upon entering everytime. I have been to several other locations throughout central and south Florida, but this is my favorite. I just want to give you all a shout out for doing such a great job. Thanks .😊
