This place is great. I had the pleasure of being helped by Keishla and the manager Ted. They had me in and out on a Friday morning in less than 15 minutes. This is super convenient for those in the Busch Gardens area, rather than the congestion that usually occurs at the Dale Mabry location. Picked up three nice strains: Cross of the Titans, Gorilla Grapes, and Purple Wookie. If you order online and do the mobile check in, you will ensure accuracy for your order and save time. I love the friendly staff--Laura immediately comes to mind. My wife and I have been shopping at this dispensary for a while now, as it's really close to where we live, by Busch Gardens. When we had problems with an order Ted Muull, the manager at the time was more than helpful, even providing us with his personal phone number. Our favorite product is the Ground Flower at $25/quarter oz.; great quality, and the price is right! Can't really think of anything negative about this place other than the music that's always playing, which reverberates and makes it difficult to hear.

It was really a great experience. I had tried to do an online order but couldn't complete it. I went in, they had me wait while they got my order together, and kept me updated during my short wait. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. And thank you to Arleene 👍

Very welcoming staff. Very rarely a wait, except for sale days. Always attentive. They pay attention to their customers and remember you each time you come in. :) Miss the wax though

Do not call them. Their call center will lie to get you in the door and will offer fake deals that aren’t real. Trulieve is the only shop I’ve been to that scams their customers like this constantly. Will never be back, too many other great options out there.

Last Friday I went to Trulieve too pick up an order,and man were they busy. I got AWESOME help from a PRICELESS SET OF SUPER LADIES !! They were over loaded with people and kept there professionalism !! TARINA, MERCEDES, and ANDREA were the only ones there, but they kept it moving!!!
