I love this flower and it make your day a whole different beautiful mood but the best thing is when purchasing the flower the amazing customer service I received by Amber today she was so helpful even when the flower I wanted was not available she helped me get other flower without a problem asked me how I was and my day is , pretty much a very caring and hard working woman that knows her stuff. All the staff is great but today I had a great a experience and customer service by Amber in Tampa - Hillsborough I recommend for people to go there not only for the medical but to also experience a nice warm welcome like being home. Visited Trulieve's Hillsborough location for the 3rd time, I had the pleasure of being taken care of by Alfred. Alfred was a WEALTH of information, gave me EXCELLENT ADVICE and was SUPER Nice! I see Trulieve hires only the Best! From Security to management! Trulieve's meds are the best of any dispensary I have visited and I have visited all Tampa dispensaries. yes I am a TRULIEVER!

I returned something to this store that was bad. Manager was called over and the rudeness emanating from this man towards me was awful. All because I had the nerve to return a defective product which when going to another Trulieve store after the employees there told me I should not have any issue returning anything at all. I will not come to this Trulieve on Hilsboro ever again.
