Trulieve - Tampa Hills

This location is a great find. I stopped going to Trulieve for a while after Dale Mabry went downhill. The manager Mikaylah always takes a moment to stop by if I have question or can’t find the product I’m looking for. The only problem is she’s beautiful, so I end in the store talking longer than my wife would like. It’s a good thing she doesn’t have her medical card too.

The Staff at this location are always knowledgeable about the medication and the service is amazing! Thanks.

Amber was amazing and such a pure joy to work with. She was patient and looked high and low for what I was seeking. Best customer service. Kudos to Amber and the whole Tampa Hills staff!!

THANK GOD THEY FINALLY OPENED MORE STORES IN TAMPA. That original location on Dale Mabry is the worst. This one is the best. Never a 1 hr or more wait like before. Great selection and location and the best part is the staff!! Not one time have I been to this store I didnt walk away happy about the product, the price and the people working there.

I love this flower and it make your day a whole different beautiful mood but the best thing is when purchasing the flower the amazing customer service I received by Amber today she was so helpful even when the flower I wanted was not available she helped me get other flower without a problem asked me how I was and my day is , pretty much a very caring and hard working woman that knows her stuff. All the staff is great but today I had a great a experience and customer service by Amber in Tampa - Hillsborough I recommend for people to go there not only for the medical but to also experience a nice warm welcome like being home. And hopefully you get taking care of by Amber , I recommend this spot to everyone who lives close or likes great customer service.

I returned something to this store that was bad. Manager was called over and the rudeness emanating from this man towards me was awful. All because I had the nerve to return a defective product which when going to another Trulieve store after the employees there told me I should not have any issue returning anything at all. I will not come to this Trulieve on Hilsboro ever again.

Amber and Joseph are cool!

My last visit was again worth reviewing. Caitlin took great care of me by offering a couple of strains that had not been available when I ordered, including Ground TruFlower at 26%! Yes, I’m a good customer for a reason, and the people at this location definitely make the difference! Five stars as usual!

I loved my two consultants Jovany and Rebecca, they treated me so well today.420 was a great day to save money and to stock up. These two consultant made me feel special!!

I’ve been to Dale Mabry Dispensary 3 times and have excellent service. Ross is amazing! He was very easy to talk to and we discovered we have some common interests. Thanks Ross, I will be back!

The location near me is always out online so went here for the first time. The had the product I wanted and they were super friendly. Jovany helped me and he was super helpful and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend this location.

Visited Trulieve's Hillsborough location for the 3rd time, I had the pleasure of being taken care of by Alfred. Alfred was a WEALTH of information, gave me EXCELLENT ADVICE and was SUPER Nice! I see Trulieve hires only the Best! From Security to management! Trulieve's meds are the best of any dispensary I have visited and I have visited all Tampa dispensaries. yes I am a TRULIEVER!

My favorite store! Jovanni deserve a raise and a promotion!

First visit to the new, well... new to me, Tampa Hillsboro location. Very convenient to my home just a few miles away. Wait times were quite short compared to other locations I have frequented. Staff was helpful and experienced. Kendyl in particular was very personable and was able to answer all of my questions. I am a dinosaur from the old school and much of the face-to-face customer-employee experience has been lost in the digital age, but Kendyl has managed to maintain that spirit in her customer service approach. 5 stars to Kendyl and all of the Tampa Hills staff!

The BEST location in Tampa hands down!! It’s al beautiful and conveniently next to a smoke shop so it’s one stop shopping!! I am always greeted by such happy faces and a warm welcome. I feel at home at this dispensary. A special thank you to manager Kendyl — she made sure I left with the medicine I needed and made a bad situation from the cal center better!! Shoutout to Destiny and Alyssa, these young women are so kind.

Great quality products and the delivery service is great! Both times the delivery staff have been extremely friendly and helpful. 10/10
