Trulieve - Okeechobee

Staff ensures to do all they can to make you use all your Rec. i have stated multiple times I want to leave enough for one more and they run my max every time so I now have to do the match myself as you can’t trust them to not push as much as they can on you with no regaurd to your requests. Placed an order today at 3:35 went in at 5:30. Manager at register had an attitude tellin me if they don’t get time to put my order together and they fill it tomorrow out of the range of the deal I got to pay full price. So it’s my fault you can’t put 4 containers in a bag and have them ready with in a 5 hour span before you close. That is pathetic. Overall staff doesn’t really help they just try to get tips and they don’t actually have YOUR best interest in mind they have the interest of them couple tip dollars only. May have to drive an hour to get my medicine since this facility is getting worse as time goes on.

I've been coming to this dispensary since they opened and it's been a great thing for Okeechobee, no more traveling to the coast! The quality of the products are top notch and they have great discounts! Great staff also, very helpful!

Thank you to the amazing staff at the Okeechobee store. You guys are amazing. You make it look seemless and effortless. You always wear a smile no matter what is going on. We didn't feel the shortage of Mini's as much as all the other stores because Sabi took care of us. She went thru hell and high heaven by reaching out to the Managers of the Suppliers. We don't feel a lot because of Sabi and her incredible staff. Savannah thank you for your beautiful smile and always being attentive to everyone. Lauryn, thank you for being simply awesome. You need a paid day off from Sabi. Honey, go home at least one day a week. lol Christina thank you, Chris you are amazing. I can not thank you enough for all you do. Your store is impeccable. The staff and management are absolutely amazing, the wait time even for express is terrible,you'll be there 30-45 minutes, very clean store tho, going to miss Amber! I quit going tho due to wait times. 7/10 on store 10/10 on management (Amber Josh and Savannah)💚
