I love the people who helped make this happen. Thank you for putting our little city on the map in the giant world of weed. Lastly, I appreciate the veterans discount and the collection for paralyzed veterans. We never forget.

Great dispensary in an easy-to-reach location. Clean, professional, friendly, safe, and has a great selection of products. Good introductory deals for new people, we have been 3 times now and have had no issues. We have desperately needed a local dispensary in this community for a while now and Trulieve fits the bill, I wasn't around for the old dispensary but I certainly hope this one sticks around. Only recreational dispensary in the state. Good prices, good stuff and the staff is super nice.

I wasn't around for the old dispensary, but I can tell you that I feel welcome here. The staff are friendly and talkative, but prioritize getting your order to you quickly. I tend to preorder, and the pickup window has been great. They're very good at telling me about deals - that I've often overlooked - which helps me a lot! I would reccomend dropping in, it's a nice lil shop.

I think they are doing a great job trying to work all the kinks out of opening a new business. The staff is great and have been very helpful. I would say the biggest problem is advertising not always being clear. I don’t blame that on this store or the staff though. Even that has been improving. Specially on concentrates & vapes.

I feel totally ripped off. Was promised credits for my first 3 visits and the dispensary then canceled that program without warning. Definitely a bait and switch deal. The budtender acted stoned and was no help giving me the discount I was owed. Buyer beware! Shop at Halo instead. Better prices and service.

I came about a month ago and was told I'd have BOGO for my first 3 visits. I started the promotion and was not told of any end date. It was given to me and now, today (1/1/20203) around 3pm, I'm being told that they are taking it away. This is a bait and switch. Tell me you are going to do something and then just take it away and don't offer it to get me in the door. I have emailed cooperate and I expect this to be honored. The manager was not helpful at all. She if anything started to escalate the situation. She said that cooperate emailed this morning and said they were no longer offering it. It was already offered though, I had it, I was baited and now I am switched to nothing. She stated that it was out of her control and didn't seem to care at all. She later brought out a box of cash when she was told someone needed a code. I don't know what she was doing but I know you are not supposed to bring out a box of cash on the sales floor. I bought the least amount of stuff I needed. I spent $32 instead of $200 to $300 dollars. I'll remove this review once the store honors what they offered me but I leave it up to warn all others that might have wanted to try this local dispensary.

The wait time. It’s the only dispensary in the town. Today they only have 2 people working. The wait time is 15 minutes. They have 8 computers. 🤦🏿‍♂️. Of and not to mention my first time coming here they took away the first time comers. Had 3 left. 😐. Jars better.

way to high on the flower and never a good sale, the only thing they have going for them is they are the only legal game in the area.. wanting $400 an once is crazy.. if Sierra Vista can get another shop this place will die or adapt.

Poor customer service long wait times for no reason. I have had problems with pre order and walk in. Some of the employees are on another planet. Which is fine on ones own time.

I use carts, but their recommendations of what to use for which type of effect, is always quality and up to expectations. The service is great (unless you get new people - which is the only reason I gave it 4). Yes, there us usually a wait, depending on when you go, but if they're overloaded, they'll never let the customer know. They've always given 100% to me, as the customer. The atmosphere is so awesome. You walk in, smell heaven, and get a peaceful vibe (even when they are busy) You can sit and wait, stand in line and take a look at all their flower, new deals, etc. It's just great.

Last visit I brought my dd214, I was given veterans discount. Today the ‘hi friend’ gal spent a few clicks on the keyboard and when I got in the car I see no discount. Why I’ll bring my dd214 every time if I must. I will shop here again. Because lunch box is a drive.

I wish it could be medical also; but I feel blessed to have it nearby! Everyone is very knowledgeable in regards to specific medical conditions and strains that produce relief! So much better than opiates and whatnots for chronic pain and anxiety. Very clean environment and safe.
