Trulieve - Vero Beach

It is nice to have a location a little closer and with less traffic. The staff is amazing like all of the other Trulieve dispensaries I have visited. Can't wait until the supply can meet the demand. Growing pains stink! I would love to see the Durban Poison in the Truclear syringe. I also like the older syringes much better. I could attach a blunt needle and refill my cartridges. Vero will be my go to until something opens up just a tad further north.

I love this store especially Amber Chelsea and all the others have been knowledgeable about stock always so friendly but please get the stock in that we need the stock they have is usually really good but we don't want to have to go to another dispensary and I know that you don't want that

Yesterday i returned a couple items that were not for me. Great no problems , they were out of wax and thca so i ordered from a competitor. The bud tender asked if i had any pickups i said no not here she says no problem. I get to Sebastian from Vero and find out im maxed out on concentrates. Which the tender knew but let me ride to Sebastian to find out. Luckily my flower just renewed so the trip wasn't for nothing. And ill be most likely shopping with the competitor now because of many reasons. And i max out every month so im a decent spender.

Great place

Even though some products are hard to get, the customer service and knowledge is unequaled. Product that you get is always of excellent quality. My only complaint is the distance I have to drive from my house.

If you have a problem it depends on whom you speak to and it doesn’t seem consistent

The last two times I have visited here Amber C has helped me check out. She is quick, knowledgeable, and is awesome at customer service!! I have had no issues with products, or returning products that did not suit me. Highly recommend!

What a fantastic place! I am more than pleased with the CS, in particular Amy and Robyn are great. As a Parkinson's patient, I have been given excellent supervision as a patient and after narrowing down the strains have become 95% symptom free. I’ve never been to the store but willl be picking up for the first time !! Recently I had them deliver - there was a problem and they cleared it up the very next day to my satisfactions. They are honest and willing to admit mistakes - rare in this state of economy where everyone is out for a buck...

I've been to knox, curaleaf, and now Trulieve. I have to say Trulieve is by far the best dispensary Ive been to. I'm super excited they are opening in boynton and west palm. The quality of the products I got are top notch. I got gorilla glue #4, 9lb hammer, and Pineapple Express vape cartridges. The reason they don't get 5 stars is due to not having flower but that's only because the state hasn't allowed it yet and not really their fault. As soon as I see whole flower available in the dispensary it will get 5 stars.

Every representative there steps up their client service. They are knowledgeable, friendly and patient (with new members like me). Benjamin was terrific!! Thanks for all of your help and looking forward to returning soon
