I don’t know how their “line” system works but it’s ridiculous and takes way too long. I understand they can only have a few people in at a time but there’re more people coming out than they are calling in. An unbelievable amount of people waiting.

Love this dispensary. Kim is the best. She always answers all my questions and I always leave happy. They are all very helpful and the place very clean.

I had Mitch as my bud tender and and he was very knowledgeable and friendly. In fact all of the staff is very friendly and this trulieve is my favorite.

This was my second visit and like my first visit it was great the security guy is very friendly and I was helped by Joshua g who was very helpful.

In my opinion Trulieve is the best dispensary chain in FL., and the Deerfield Beach location is great! It is very well run, and their system of ordering online and picking it up there is easy and efficient even when they are busy. I have never had a problem parking, except for their grand opening day... which was mobbed. The staff know their product inside and out, and I get they impression they are very big on patient satisfaction. Very professional staff here; Cassidy is always very pleasant and very knowledgeable.

Where do I start?? Total incompetence? I went to the deerfield location, was told it would be 15 minutes.. no biggie. 48 minutes later, after asking what was taking so long, I was brought to the back where I ordered a nano tincture of 8:1 thc:cbd. I asked 4 times if that's what they were giving me and was assured that's what I was getting. My mistake, I waited a few hours until after I got home to check...it was cbd to thc....they screwed up..so I went back. They swapped it out ( never offering anything for the inconvenience). I then asked about the dosing since the original guy said I needed 4 droppers full to get to what I was looking for but since he couldn't figure out which was CBD and which was THC I figured I should check with someone else. The so called assistant manager said one single drop should do..duh, that's not going to work. He kept trying to explain each drop was a gram...now I KNOW that's not right. Then he tried to say milliliters on the dropper was the same as milligrams in dosage. Again, laughable. And this my friends, is a so called pharmacy. Can you imagine Walgreens not knowing how much 1 milligram of Xanax is? Time to call the state and let them know....this is dangerous! Oh, and they're crazy expensive for Florida marijuana, which is quite candidly, crap. The Nano Tincture didn't do anything either. I've been to far better, far friendlier, and far more knowledgeable dispensaries...there's no reason for this place to even stay open IMHO.

Love it, everyone is so kind and helpful. And closer to me than Miami or Lake Worth, any word of opening farther west?

This is the 4th dispensary that I've been to in Florida and by far the best. The Boynton Beach one is nice also but this is closer. Anthony was so helpful. He was really patient and educated me as well. The variety of products here is fantastic. I was even told that if I try something and it's not OK, box it up quickly for an exchange. I won't need to do this but it's good to know! Great quality product. The Truberry is my new favorite. It's uplifting and relaxing at the same time.

First time going there, was a very simple, clean, and professional feel when you first walk in. Your greeted by young cool staff and that gives off a relaxed comfortable vibe inside. The person who rang up my product for me was Johanne, was very smart, social and gave perfect assistance. Again, having a younger staff to me is great, especially when they are social. It makes it feel more than just picking up a product, just everything about the entire environment makes it enjoyable from walking in to leaving. Plus my product was great as well. High recommend coming!

Coming to this location for the first time Ii was introduced to Joseph, He was extremely helpful and finally made it clear on how the levels work. Did not realize when purchasing the different Vape cartridges , they had levels that were stronger If you ever have any questions just ask Joseph he seems to know it AJ

Nice dispensary, friendly, patient and knowledgeable employees. It's a busy place. somedays the waiting can be long. They have delivery and pick-up-order on site. The employees that helped me are great! She and her co-worker went out if their way to help me.

It’s been a while since I have gone back to any dispensary. Done with pharmaceuticals and I have to give a big shout out to deerfield trulieve, And to Trevion, that man loves his job. Thank you for the direction and honesty my first time dealing with loose flower and an abundance of options. Great first experience with their flower love them all. Nice. Great for all my ailments. And functionality and yes, sleep! Comfortably. Adam is awesome, sweet, patient, and efficient. I made him a little crazy during a busy time and he gave me no rush feeling and was super helpful with strains and kind. Dennis....thank you for your help. Top notch patient services. Saw Mitch the other day. Good guy. We had a good conversation about strains and categories and their effects. Another good experience. Quality products. I am starting to see more Indica strains, which is great. I would like to see more Indica concentrates. Good visit! Wait time is getting better.
