Trulieve - Gainesville

Went in for crumble and the good deals but none of what I ordered was in stock. The service was pretty good and the products are pretty above average as far as quality. Overall it was a pretty good experience.

This the first time I’ve ever done a review so bare with me. I have been a trulieve customer for about 6 months now. The positives of trulieve Great products Decent prices Most of the employees are friendly The negatives however are now adding up to more than the positives. Thus why I’m leaving the review Out of stock on popular items almost all the time The employees at the Gainesville location on 6th street will send customers outside to wait in the 100 degree weather for 20 minutes while continually letting in other customers. I counted ten people coming in, staying in & getting served while me & 3 other customers, all there first (with online orders) we’re left outside to wait. Basically there is no rhyme or reason for customers getting to wait inside vs outside. Or who gets service before you. I’ve had to say something two different times about letting people who have checked in after you go before you both in the walk in line & the “express” line. When you do say something It’s always someone else’s fault for any problem. Employees will blame it on the system, the time of day anything except for the fact that they just let people wait inside regardless of their spot in line. I don’t understand why trulieve can not get a system in order that works. No other dispensary’s in Gainesville have problems like this. I’ve never had to wait outside anywhere other than trulieve. I’ve never had people obviously get to skip others anywhere BUT trulieve. I’m not sure what corporate needs to do but there is an issue with either mine or other customers wait time & orders EVERY time I go. It’s starting to get unbearable.

I came in today for the 8/20 super sale today and I was being helped by Serena. While waiting on my medication to be dispensed I noticed a very polite bud-tender Aja was handling a very disgruntled customer. He was very rude to her and not at any point in time did she break her cheerful character. She saw the sale to the end with a smile and a positive attitude. Aja should be commended on her sales and customer service skills. Please done let these actions go unnoticed.

As a first time customer, I asked for a personal consultation for guidance. The staff are all super friendly, but I met with Gabby for my consultation and it was her customer service that really stood out for me. We reviewed my script and she helped find the best combination of cbd/thc to meet my needs. She really took her time to make sure I had an understanding and at no point in time did I feel rushed or hurried, I felt like the only customer in the building even though the front lobby was a constant revolving door of customers. The atmosphere was very nice....clean and relaxing.

I don't do computers you have a very good selection,but your sold out before I can make an order.Then if I'm lucky and make one you say it's ready and then you sit in the damn parking lot for hours

new to this location everybody extremely helpful esp Paul, Zack n Katrina! Recently did delivery from here also and those guys were amazing, infact they r the reason I went into store to get more products to try. wish u would get better website more customer friendly.👍

Still new to the dispensary world and every time I go in everyone is so welcoming! There was a little wait but they make the room super chill and comfortable to wait in. I had Gabriella today and she rocked!! So informative and willing to help me! Everyone being cranky about the wait.. These guys are so dope & totally worth the wait! Hash tag Tip Your Budtender!

I think Trulieve is my new home. Out of all of the dispensaries I've been to, you guys are the most compassionate and knowledgeable and have the MOST available product. I drive from Lake City and tonight I arrived at 7:45PM. That's just 15 min to close. Everyone was awesome at the check in desk, not a very long wait at all, I felt guilty and apologized for coming so late and Ashley made me feel so welcome regardless. Rebecca took excellent care of me and I even got great treatment and advise from Zach, Rebecca and Vandy!

Michele and Aja were so warm, welcoming, and knowledgeable! I loved my experience with them at Trulieve! I was, frankly, nervous that I would not understand how everything worked, but they made it so so easy and I am so grateful. I feel so comfortable and happy! Love this Trulieve.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff, love the GDP Truclear, the minis, especially the Dutch Hawaiian, and as a veteran on a fixed income, I appreciate all the available discounts. Wait time could be shorter, but I could have had my order ready ahead of time so I sure can't complain.

Second time here but first review. You talk about quality you talking about Trulieve! I wasn’t a big fan of the lobby.....But here comes Aja, she was very informative and helpful. Oh and thanks for everyone who chimed in on Black Tuna it was (Fire). Definitely will return to Trulieve.....

The past two times I’ve went to purchase meds, I’ve gone to this Trulieve. This is the first dispensary I ever went to and that first visit didn’t impress me. However, after getting bored with the repetitiveness of other local dispensaries and their meds, I decided to give Trulieve another go. The first of the last two visits, I was gifted a Trulieve T-shirt. The second of my most recent visits, I was so happy, I spent $130 over what I was planning to spend!! I bought 3 different strains of flower and they were all slightly heavy, weight wise. All great quality meds. I see why people are so loyal to Trulieve. Oh! Budtender Josh is AWESOME!!

All of the staff are amazingly friendly, knowledgeable, and put in the extra effort to make you feel at home! Products are amazing and have transparent policies regarding testing and product defects. Downside is current parking, although more is soon to be added. Biggest downfall is the actual size of the dispensary as it only has 3 registers only 2 of which are commonly used (one is for pickup orders) making the wait sometimes take an hour or more.

Didn't like the guy with the GUN! Just doesn't seem practical to need a gun at a weed deal? Trulieve is TruGhetto! Someone might should remind TruThugs at Trulieve that they are not the only source in town! After 3 years shopping with them, we're done! #Trulievestrash

I love this store I love the staff very knowledgeable helpful and patient thank you. I like that you had a good variety of flour my favorite was the green crack hopefully you will be getting more of that in I was looking for God's gift hopefully you'll be getting that into but overall experience a 10 thank you

Amazing place, love the product and people

My favorite Trulieve experiences have happened here. Although there is typically a wait due to the limited dispensaries in and around the Gville area, or the specials, there are always some wonderful people, the staff is cool and fully knowledgeable of questions and products. One girl was keeping up with inventory in her head it seemed. Impressive place and the best part may be running into one of the guys from Sunshine Cannabis, which somehow happened the 3 random visits I've made up there.

Great bud tenders and very consistent product! Convenient location, too. 👍👍

had a great experience first time being in Nathan B was a great help awesome people very knowledgeable wonderful experience will be returning several times I can't say enough about all of the workers and Gainesville location I visit three different locations for my reasons of travel I love Gainesville and the folks that work there

As always my Trulieve experience was great! I would like to recognize Michelle, Genesis and the awesome security guard Kelly. Vandy was helpful as always as well. Also Trulieves social media person Emily Woods she is such an asset to Trulieve and amazing resource for patients on social media. I drive from near Jax to Gainesville just for the experience and the people. Thank you Trulieve! Gainesville Trulieve the best dispensary in the state!
