tru|med Dispensary (Med & Rec)

The day before New Years Eve I had asked if there were any specials the following day and I was told it would be the same as it is now. I bought an OZ only to find out that they were now giving 20% off (New Years Eve). Still a great place to shop with the best meds in the valley, but I was just a little disappointed on the lac of communication this time around.

Came in from way out of town just after my birthday and they honored the birthday special. Gdp is my favorite and I got a pre roll to celebrate!!

Like many smokers out there I'm open to trying new strains, locations, etc in search of finding the absolute best quality and variety available. Ive recently traveled along the west coast hitting as many dispensaries as possible(many many) starting in Oregon down through Cali into AZ. A few of them stood out above the rest, however, in my personal opinion tru|med really does rank 1st in Quality. As Aesthetically pleasing as it gets. HIGHLY recommended.

it could be a little better, just awkward to find

Have mixed feelings about tru med. I love the medication here, but the few times that I've been here some of the staff have been rude to me and my roommate. Another issue that I have is it seems like every time I get an 8th here, the sack usually weighs around 3.1-3.2. You guys say that your scale is calibrated by the ADHS, but I find it funny that every other dispensary I've been to gives me an actual 8th when I weigh it out. Seems like YOUR scale is wrong. I normally wouldn't fuss over something like this, but when an 8th costs $60 after tax I expect it to weigh out to at least 3.5. It adds up after a while! All in all I love your guys meds, but find myself going to other dispensaries for cheaper prices and better service. There's no way an 8th should cost $55 plus tax regardless of the quality of meds. Just my take.

Hello everyone! Im a picky person bout my meds and I've been to Tempe of Harvest, Bloom, AZ Organix,Monarch, Emerald Palace, Health for life Mesa, Urban Greenhouse, Herbal wellness lol Green house of Glendale and a handful of clubs and one delivery service which was the worst out of all them but anyways my pet peeve with all of these AZ state license dispensaries is the same thing..... HAY SMELLING MEDS FOR HIGH PRICES!!! Literally everyone on this list is guilty of this crime !!! CURING AND FLUSHING IS CRUCIAL TO GET THAT WONDERFUL KUSH OR BLUE DREAM OR GIRL SCOUT COOKIES TASTE!! When you rush to dry with humidifiers for example the plant loses its taste . I'm not saying all these places had hay meds only yea I think monarch had a few descent flowers but nothing like TRUMED !! Trumed has there growing, curing, flushing game up beyond all of these others now, Though I haven't been to all of Arizonas dispensaries I've been to a lot lol and trumeds og kush smells like what kush smells like so does the sour OG so does Larry og!! You guys are currently THE UNNNNNNNNNNNDISPUUUUTED CHAMPION OF THE WOOOOORLD....FLOYD "TRUMED" WEATHER! Lol and u will remain the champ for a while cuz I ain't going no where else thanks Nick your a cool friendly cat and u where right bout the OG KUSH but even though it's stronger then sour og, I feel the sour og is better lol well it taste better ! But this is a 5 star spot you gotta check out asap!!!! Oooooh yea lol Green C was fruity like an orangey citrus refreshing to say the least

I love this place, it is my favorite dispensary and hands down the best product in the state. That being said, their prices have turned to shit and as a result, I have had to get my medicine elsewhere. I am disappointed as fuck and miss the old TruMed with hella flower deals and prices that didn’t make me want to look anywhere else.

Mersh grodan garbage, reviews written by employees, bait and switch is policy, this place has sucked for years and still riding on the hype created from a jar of good weed on display 5 years ago. Youre product has not been good for years!

this is been the third time that I've been there and I probably will never go over there again to the call-in to the customer service to everything I first called to see if they had the medication that I was looking for they were very rude to me on the phone then when I get there they let a whole bunch of people cut in front of me just because they were friends and they knew them on top of that when I bring it to their attention they copped a f****** attitude with me and then when I got ready to the ladies and that made it more worth her by just throwing my back on top of the table didn't say bye or anything and looked at me with an attitude like if I was going to grab it or what then I turned around and told them by and the fish turned her back to me and act like she didn't hear me all I got to say is I was never go back over there again

Honestly this dispensary is always a nightmare to get to. Even with more parking, it still sucks to park there. Security really doesn't handle the doors. Folks are packed into the lobby like sardines or you're sitting out in the sun. Finally get inside and when I get my Jet Fuel Gelato on bogo, the product is over 8 months old. It was supposed to be THCA and sauce but it looked like clumps of brown sugar. Every time I get Drip, regardless of where I get it, it seems to be fairly old.

So disappointed in this place tonight. Arrived at 9:45 and got in line with about 4 or 5 people in front of me. I myself and I was last waited 13 minutes to be told that they wouldn’t be taking anymore customers tonight without an apology from the manager or even being told by him the security guard informed us all. I came all the way from Apache Junction just for the bogo special on the pax cartridges passing probably thirty other dispensaries on the way driving about 40 minutes just to come here for their special. Very angry and disappointed with the kind of customer service received from this dispensary today.

This is a great place and very reasonably priced. But there's a 5% discount on entire purchase except like when purchasing specials then no discount for veterans. Plus unless you remind them when purchase over $50 for your free pre-roll they forget (not everyone).

why are there no deals listed under the deals section? I dont want your pricing information about your increase from 6 fuggin months ago. give me deals for medical patients so I can decide if I want to invest in your ponzi scheme of a business.

As I read through the reviews it’s funny how trumed only responded to the good reviews With so many people complaining you would think they would have a response it just lets me know that trumed is garbage and they only care about ripping people off I just purchased some weed from trumed and it was very subpar people should really avoid going here because the weed is trash!!! 💯

It’s a little unethical to ask Dispensary Agents to provide a paystub considering a lot of payroll companies process under a different LLC so how is that really accurate? Also, if I provide a paystub and get fired the next week how is that accurate either are you going to ask for paystubs every two weeks? Solution? Take my DA number and copy and paste it into AZDHS it’ll tell you I’m active wala!

TruMed is a must! Aside from the variety of medication that is offered, the service is always completely on point. Staff is educated and friendly and always willing to share their personal opinions on strain effects as well as edible potency. Coming here is always a pleasure and it smells incredible every time you walk in the door! My #1 dispensary in AZ!

My first time here I was amazed by the amount of people working here it was very refreshing to see them so knowledgeable and friendly. will definitely come here again some of the best quality medicine in Arizona.

The place is so nice, when I do visit it's atleast twice!! DAILY! Great shatter concentrate cartridges. I'm an O_pen fan, but Tru's extracts are top shelf 300mg and a better price point. Everything is awesome. Even their location, walking distance from the job!
