These employees are very friendly and professional. Location is average. On to the meds: the strains are always different because they are out of half of it. Their OGs are the only normal smelling marijuana around. Thats why this place is so popular. But its not near as good as people make it out to be. The buds are light and fluffy, I thought it was bunk at first, until I weighed it, no its just light and fluffy. If you want your herb to last longer, thats a good thing, but it also means the thc and flavor are spread out too. The sativas i tried, none of them represented the strain name. 3 of them have tasted like literal ivory soap.(not a kushy soap, actual dishsoap). Someone had some mites or bought the wrong concentration. Not medicine at that point.

my now 2nd go to dispensary. If I had to I will buy here over anybody else in town. Gotta give props to the lone shop in Fountain Hills for the best and first place to go for meds.

This place is done right, but I knew that before I even walked in the place. The exterior is just as clean, and well put together as the interior. The set up is perfect, open, with a contemporary feel. Every staff member is very friendly and helpful. The guy at the front desk was awesome. But Jared, the sales guy really impressed me, he knew what he was talking about, and gave me great recommendations. Whoever owns this place should definitely think about opening a few more, if they havn't already. They successfully landed a life long customer. My only suggestion would be to make the new member experience slightly better by explaining step by step, what the process is.

Been customer for a couple of years. Friday I purchased 1/2 of Girl Scout cookie and was not even close to what I viewed in the jars used for flower. There was not a bud bigger than a dime. I sent a sample to be tested to ensure the genetics are GSC and testing of THC & CBD. This is the third time this year that I've gotten a crapy 1/2 oz. compared to what I saw in the Jars to order with bud tender. TruMed needs to focus on quality more versus the quantity of strains they carry. I'm very concerned with this trend!!!! Jim

I love this place! They always have the best Bud in Az! The staff is always caring and compassionate and helpful when choosing flower.

Tru|Med was one of the first dispensaries I ever visited and has been my go-to for top quality flower and the best prices on BakedBros products. I highly recommend their Jack Herrer, Blue Dream, and their Valley Girl OG. While their prices are on the higher end, you absolutely get what you pay for in this case.

I had been looking forward to visiting this location for some time and was rather disappointed in the overall experience. Nice storefront, good parking, clean, fine selection. My Budtender was friendly and efficient. The flower seemed overpriced, however I am pleased with the vapes and edibles purchased here. This location was convenient for us to access from Scottsdale so we might give TruMed another try next season. Please consider I'm picky about my herb, been enjoying MMJ for several decades now.
