I feel bad for the tenders. 4 minutes was as long as the presidential was on list this morning? Why can potent planet create just as quality and be in multiple stores and you limit and can't be able to produce what customers want.......you have strains with no limit set that will sit days......don't grow those and grow more of the stuff that is in demand. It's a clear issue for months and I tried to be Tru to Tru but they lost me. Hope the tenders don't have to take to much crap for something they don't control cause customer service has always been spot on, especially Will.

Good flower and great greetings from the front desk but once I was in the back my budtender was truly rude turning her back and being super short not giving much information and just carried herself like she didn’t want to be there. It was my first time there and last time rather go to cookies or mint better tenders and prices

Best customer service had a bad batch they didn't hesitate to take care of me an the flower I can't find another dispensery to top the quality dank top super that real og taste

Yesterday i donated on a gram of Chemdawg and weighed it out it was only .7 almost .8 . Im really bummed out cause i Donated 22dollars for something that wasn't even a gram. Is there anything Tru-Med can do for me .

Location is convenient!

I like to stop by on my way home from work. Fast service, very informative and friendly. The way it is set up is nice and open, and you get to pick out the baggie you take home. I think thats a great way to do it!! Love the strawberry cough. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Is truly up scale facility, with staff that tells you straight up. Enjoyed the Orange Crush, Deelightfull . Worth the mileage...we shall return. thx.

Has the highest quality flower in AZ.

This is the only dispensary in the valley where I like to buy flower. When I buy flower here, I know that I am getting high quality without dangerous additives. As we all know, the medical marijuana is not adequately regulated. Therefore, other growers put all kinds of nasty chemicals in their plants and/or do not properly flush them. At TruMed, I have peace of mind knowing that I am not unnecessarily endangering my health. After all, the reason I am here in the first place is for my health!

The front desk was kind of rude... It was my first time, I was nervous and she didn't seem to care very much. Besides her the guy that actually helped me once I walked in was extremely sweet and very helpful! Now for the products, It is actually expensive. Not too sure I'll be returning.

Bunch of online whiners. Get off your online reserving asses and go get it. I have been coming to Trumed since they opened and they are the best in town. Obviously the secret is now out. Obviously production is having trouble meeting demand. Instead of whining online and trashing Trumed go somewhere else. If they are out I go find something else I like until I can grab more. I'm glad they got rid of the online ordering because you entitled cry babys can't buy it all within five minutes. I will continue to go here because they are the best at what they do. I'm looking forward to an increase in production to meet the current demand. I have faith they will adjust as necessary. This I want it now mentality is so depressing. This place is hands down my go to, but I am worried the growers in this state have way too much power over the market. I say this because so many dispensaries have trouble keeping stock consistent. TruMed has always done well about circumventing this problem, but as of recently this store is constantly out of pure Sativas and Sativa dom hybrids and the indicas are so heavy and popular that even those get depleted quickly over the weekend. This is very concerning. So many dispensaries are just struggling with keeping the popular strains around

I have been coming to TruMed for well over 5 years now, and they never disappoint! Their staff is friendly and their quality is superb. By far my favorite dispensary around.

From my understanding, all the dispensaries in the valley have been hit with this pandemic differently. I appreciate these people for keeping a positive additude through all the struggle. I was told this was the most popular dispensary in AZ and now I see why! My flower was AMAZING

This is the only spot in the valley that i trust with OG's. Their stuff is always on point.

I bought 2 pre rolls and got two for free during happy hour. All four of them were nearly impossible to smoke. I don’t know if they were stale or rolled too tight but I definitely won’t be getting these from here again
