Horrible customer service. Guy with the red hair and pony tail has no personality and when I tried asking which one he’d go with the studio or project and he looked at me like I was stupid and said idk they’re both similar. No wonder I never come to you guys, I forget you guys have people like this that ruin the experience. Suggest some stuff and I would’ve kept adding but nah he wanna act like he don’t gotta talk. Joke.

I have tried a few different dispensaries here in the phx area. Nothing for me has been as good of an experience each and every time I walk through the door. From the check in to check out and leaving it’s an A+. The quality of product matches that of the service’s received. Will continue to use this dispensary as much as possible.

Too bad online ordering doesn't allow you to pick up your order when it's ready. Seems still waiting in line with walk-ins defeats the purpose a bit. Especially when you have a window that says "online express". Otherwise people themselves are great to deal with here.

DONT EVER PICKUP FROM TRUMED- Their pickup process is a disaster, went there today and had to still wait in line as if I was a normal patient just walking in, even though I had already made an order online and they confirmed it. I was in line for 20+ min, for a PICKUP order... Also once I did get in, they were missing one concentrate and 2 edibles so we had to restart anyways as if I was a walk in patient. TruMed is known for the Drip concentrates which I would say are really good compared to most brands. The rest of their products are so so and can probably be found cheaper at other dispensaries or the same price other than their home brands. If your near the area or they have a BOGO deal I would recommend them as a WALK IN patient. The people are friendly and helpful, just the process is flawed. If you plan on doing a pick up order I would stay away if you don't want to wait forever. Also if you live far, might be better to look in nearby dispensaries with more competitive prices and similar quality products.
