Great customer service

When I was waiting to go in, I had to wait for the person who got there after I did. The whole texting thing needs to be organized on who goes in next. If you text one person is next and another the same message, it is causing confusion amongst your customers. Please be more organized with your customers.

Ziana was very helpful and knew all the products. I was passing through and wanted something for my painful shoulder that had been bothering me. She recommended a topical product that was CBD but had a little THS (I think it is called) and it really did the trick for my shoulder aches and pains for the rest of my trip. The place appeared very clean and organized when I was there in October of 2021. All staff there that day were very friendly and politely reminded me that I needed to wear a face mask to be inside and would need my ID to purchase.

The new Tsaa Distillate is amazing! Blueberry & Clementine. The cartridge itself is different & much more efficient. Going back for more...

Ordered online, got a confirmation by text that my order was ready for pickup. Was told to stay in my car and text when I arrived. I did so. 15 minutes later still no response. I called the store to tell them I was waiting outside for 15 minutes and they said they were having a problem getting texts. WOW! I go inside and they tell me they didn't have the half ounce that I ordered. WOW! They said they only had eighths which of course cost more than the half that I had ordered. WOW! So I reluctantly bought two eighths. Then had to wait 10 minutes to get my change as the attendant pushed buttons trying to figure out my change. WHAT A JOKE!
