was charged regular price for a on special item did not notice until the next day. I called them up and it was fixed with no issues. Great Knowledgeable staff, Unlike other places in Monroe these ladies and gent know there stuff.

I enjoyed the experience visiting and will return soon in the future. I really like the selection and staff.

Very quick service - informative and patient staff. Recommended a few options to try and have been wonderful for what I was looking for. They also have great deals and a wide array of options to choose from.

The quality of the flower they have is great. Deals offered are hard to beat for the area, and the staff were very attentive to all my questions and concerns. The atmosphere of the store was easy going, clean, and organized - contributing to the overall pleasant experience that’s enough to draw me back as a repeat customer.

First time visiting… the number of cars in the parking lot and the line in the lobby were intimidating but the service was quick- we were in and out in about half an hour. The employees were knowledgeable and able to guide us to the right products to fit our needs. We will be back.

URB Cannabis is by FAR the best dispensary I've ever been too. The building is immaculate, the service is superb, reception greets you with a smile on their faces, the budtenders are super knowledgeable, cashiers are always quick yet extremely efficient...Don't even get me started on their DAILY deal prices... Absolutely "outstanding"! Overall, I was amazed by everything about URB! Management is always on top of the game, super friendly and helpful always. I love the selection, the set up, and the vibes. I could go on and on about how great this this business is!! I will not step foot in another dispensary! Don't walk... RUN to URB cannabis in Monroe! You won't regret it.

I love coming to URB! Out of all the dispensaries i’ve been to none compare to URB.I love how friendly the staff is, and they’re honest and actually help you get what you want, for the right price. They’re always great and try to be as efficient as possible!

Love the quality of every product that ive tried and ive tried a variety of items! But i especially love the prices! Finally good weed at affordable prices. I'll def be staying a customer and build up my loyalty points. They have a great loyalty points system! Also the staff are super friendly and knowledgeable and also they are very efficient providing quick service! My favorite part about Urb tho are their awesome daily deals! :)
