I really like this store, it has one of the more well informed bud tenders I have ever met ! Emily is a true gem for listening and understanding my pain, she set me up with just the right strain !

Budget menu rotates often enough to always satisfy my needs

We came to Portland for the first time ever to visit with family. UF was one of our favorite places we stopped during our entire stay! We came back a second time. The people were friendly, intelligent, and extremely generous! They made the experience fun, relaxing, and easy. Shout out to Tony baloney for helping me find one of my favorite strains I’ve ever had! Can’t wait to come back.

It was a very loud volume astomphere. I could barely here my budtender over the overly excited group next to me. This isnt the fault of the store but it felt more like a wild bar than a dispensary. The menu online was inaccurate to whats there. It wasnt the more comfortable space. Maybe would go here again.

I buy dr. Jolly’s cartridges all the time and spend hundreds of $$ every week. My cartridge leaked all over my pen and they said I’m sorry we can’t help you but sometimes the companies make them like that and it’s not our fault. And the owner said that.. I go I buy the best to know it’s good quality and they don’t care. They were lying to my face because they have accommodated me before when I had an issue. I could not believe my eyes ! They are now over priced their flower quality does not compare from before and they call themselves top notch when they represent the products they sell poorly and give them a bad rep. I will not buy dr. Jolly’s for ever because they sell me defective crap!! Or shop there ever again! Dr. Jolly’s should be ashamed of how Urban Farmacy represents their name and just gives the customer a bad rep.

My order was canceled with no contact other than an email. I went online thinking they were sold out and found out they did not have the larger quantity I ordered, however they had it in a lower quantity. Every other person I know has said the pharmacy calls them directly and offers the remaining quantity. This happened to me personally at "Doctors Orders" and they called, offered me remaining amount. Will be shopping at Doctors Orders for now on.

Love coming here for the service & quality of product. Been many times even though it is out of the way of my normal commute. Emily especially seems to know her stuff and is patient & kind while explaining all there is to know to a newbie.

the staff here is very nice and helpful. I've purchased some good and just okay flowers from them. the prerolls have always been excellent quality. it's also really warm in there which was nice after walking in the cold. they're much better than the scum bag dispensary just down the road. go here and spend money.

Came in yesterday with my boyfriend and saw this woman aggressively talking to the poor girl at reception. She made this girl explain over and over why they could not accept a return. The receptionist remained calm the whole time. I WOULDN'T. Went inside and the girl helping me get my weed was very nice. Be nice to your service industry workers. Just don't be a B****!

I thought the location was quaint and parking wasn't too difficult to find. Prices were reasonable and their special board was brightly light and designed to draw attention, and that it did. My boyfriend and I ended up going for the pre-roll deals of the day, purchasing a few cinex berry and a single mystery haze. The haze just wasn't that great a smoke and there was a small hole near the filter when I opened the bag. All in all the people water great, ambiance cozy and process were reasonable. Very pleased. Two green thumbs up! :)

I've been here twice and will definitely return. Nice location, pleasant surroundings, friendly staff, knowledgeable bud tenders who are truly helpful, you never feel rushed or pressured, great selection, decent prices and fantastic bud... what's not to love?

Friendly staff quality product warn welcoming environment

This place was nice! From the people to the atmosphere and selection, it was legit. Greeted by super nice girl at front and was taken into the merch area where the budtender, Kyle, was attentive, answered all my questions, and hooked me up with some great cbds for my pain. The staff and store were top notch. My dispensary of choice from the now on.

love the tv in the waiting room. lots of specials, that is unique. .6 gram joints is also the best.
