They are doing an excellent job dealing with the Covid-19 virus. They've made it quick and easy to get in and out.

Everyone was friendly and my pick-up was quick. I know things can be difficult with the Covid-19 issues, but I feel VOTS is doing a good job and doing their best to help patients at this time. Will definitely be back!

The staff are friendly, most items seem to be in stock when placing orders. The only complaint is the cash only option right now and the time it takes to get your items. Be prepared to wait 30-45 minutes for your items after the time of check in call.

Maybe get a megaphone or call/text people when their order is ready. I had my windows down today and I couldn’t hear that they were even calling any names until I saw someone walk to the door. It is nice that you guys are trying to keep everyone safe but with my hearing the current process is a bit flawed.

I love this spot and they have some legit in-house strains which can be 🔥 What I dislike is the stems and leaves in the flower. I feel like I’m getting short handed. It could be trimmed better. The place could be touched up on this inside. They have awesome artwork/logo and it’s no where to be found. Just plain walls. They have screens and a display which is a plus. The early bird special is probably one of my favorite deals.
