it was the first day, super hectic. December 21st. everything was running smooth. checked our IDs 5 or 6 times. but they wouldnt even let you check your order, and they totally messed up my friends purchase. he paid 25 dollars for a roll up and got a 10 dollar jay. I know because I got the same one. we came all the way from out of state in NY and couldnt even check til we got back to our cars at the water park. not like we could go back.... all the product was awesome though and I do reccomend it
The location was great and clean the staff were very helpful and knowledgeable about the product. The only complaint was that when I ordered online to pickup tax was not included in the final price
So this was our 1st time in a dispensary. We ordered online which was really great. We got a text saying they received the order and another text when it was ready. The order was ready in 15 min. It was quick and efficient. The people were nice and knowledgeable. We came 10 min before they closed so their outside security guards were gone when we left. As we were walking back to our car, a guy who was not able to get in because They closed at 9pm, came up to us in his car asking us to “help him out” We told him no we can’t help him and we kept walking. I was a bit scared because this guy followed us in his car. Once we were in our car -we headed to the speedway ( next to where you have to park) and that same guy was there harassing us. He didn’t seem right. I drove away and we went elsewhere to get lighters and drinks. It would have been nice if outside security stayed until the last patron left to ensure our safety. There really should be a light post or some sort of light where you have to park because it was very dark. Having that creepy guy following us was worse because the parking lot was pitch black. Anyway I guess this won’t be an issue starting 5/25 because when you order online you can drive up to the door and someone will bring out your order. I think I’ll feel safer next time once this option is in place or I’ll go when it’s light outside.
This place is great. I've been to more than half a dozen others dispensaries and these people are my favorites. Fast, friendly, courteous, knowledgeable. What else could you ask for?
Love the store, and employees are great, I probably was spending 600. a week, the medical selection it terrible lately, I live 5 minutes away, and I have been traveling 45 minutes to stores that have much better selection, how is it they cater to recreational customers, over med patients, Il, til things change, I will opt for the drive..
Great place with outstanding customer service. Extremely knowledgeable staff help with the amazing product line. Very organized and pleasurable experience. I will definitely be visiting there again!
Leafly purchase pickup and cash payment. Much improved service and inventory since original opening. Order was filled on time and with no errors. Nice tunes and a few more items on the walls (and baffles for lighting) absorbing sound. Sounded like echo canyon when the building first opened for recreational users.
No longer staff outside checking ID or manual data entry. Auto card reader swiped my drivers license. Entrance was 5 customers at a time. Luckily I was 5th in line when I arrived and only waited a few minutes to get in. Small wait to get to sales counter but transaction completed in about 15-20 minutes from first arriving. Cash sales (ATM on site), debit, or CanPay. $3.50 fee for ATM.
An absolute problem with there web site. Your request are usually denied. The bi- product lines are minimal of the effect of total satisfaction. If you feel FORCED to make several purchases to make-up for the lack of whatever one product fails to produce ( per strain ) it’s because the end result is found in the most expensive of the vape-line of which it was used in. The flower is missing tri-comes, the wax is missing flower, the shatter is missing the wax; etc; etc…
The staff were fine as always but a 50 minute wait time to get in the door for a leafly pickup. Tried the reservation as well and it failed. So much for being in and out on a hot day.
