BAD: Their flowers are VERY dry, crumbles into a powder; not properly stored. I have only tried their flowers so far. Potency is there, but no flavor and no distinctive smell. I only use flowers and I very much like the taste and smell when I smoke, which was a deal breaker for me.
GOOD: Great atmosphere, quick lines, and a friendly staff.
I'll start at the beginning...we pulled into the parking lot and were stopped by the security guard. Without bothering to put down his phone or end his call he proceeded to give me and my 84 year old grandmother attitude because we were new to Verilife's "arrangements", if you will. We drove the mile back to the shuttle, and were screened by a couple of friendly employees in a muddy tent surrounded by their lunch garbage. It seemed super unprofessional. After being driven back to the shop, we waited in line outside for a quick minute before being allowed in. They're pretty organized and know how to keep the line rolling. Overall I found the selection to be poor, and the tender could barely answer questions. I've been a rec customer in WA for 2+ years and made the mistake of thinking that this would be similar. This is NOT the case. People deserve quality product, decent selection, knowledgeable tenders, and accessibility most of all. On our way out to the return shuttle my (hot ticket) grandmother commented "Jesus they treat you like a friggin' criminal, don't they?"
Enough said.
The staff is always super helpful and knowledgeable about the products. It’s great to get first-hand information on different strains effects etc. From my experience, the facility runs professionally with the safety of both staff and consumers in mind.
I’m one who boycotted you after your price increase. Just wanted to say thank you for coming back to earth with (SOME) of your flower pricing. Still waiting to see (ALL) flower pricing not only back to where you were but even lower in the months to come
You still need to overhaul your Leafly purchase process. These customers are helping you and your organization. They know what they want, order-it ahead of time which helps you with inventory management, so get these valued customers in and out as quickly as possible. (No hold ups outside and keep the designated counter inside)

Medical patient with two visits now. I was pleased with both experiences. Solid selection. Easy to find. Good help. I’ve been to probably 5 dispensary’s so far and you expect growing pains. It looks like this place has its stuff together. Only problem is the hours. Hopefully they can find help like everyone else.
The people who complain about being taxed on their purchases really need to realize that the tax rate is the same no matter where they go. And if they’re upset about prices, please go somewhere else. It leaves more for the rest of us.
As for Verilife, it’s friendly. The staff is knowledgeable and polite and with the advantage of order pickup it should actually get 6 stars. [oh, did I mention the free tacos?]
Not very happy with the 3+ hour wait today, but at least along the way met some great people, including the staff at Verilife who were very courteous and professional. Atmosphere gets a 1 because the only atmosphere experienced was parking lots and tents.
Everyone is always so nice and helpful. Only thing I would change is having it clearly state online which strain (sativa/indica/hybrid) each flower is. Some descriptions have it while others don’t. But still one of my favorite places to shop.
Last time here got 3 Vortx disposable pens all 3 had a huge air bubble in them and only lasted 2 weeks if that not happy w/ the product but everybody at the shop is cool a easy in and out i may come back for something different
Had Tyler as a budtender, who was an incredibly helpful, enthusiastic and nice guy.
Has the best prices of the places I've seen, but the tax is still awful no matter what. I paid an extra $40 I hadn't calculated on, so go prepared!
Having nothing to compare it to I may review better, but I go to a dispensary in Fall River that blows this one out of the water in terms of service and atmosphere. The customer service at this place was great by a select few, and pretty awful by another few. I think the pickup orders should be ready when you get there that's what pre order is for , i thought anyway, here when you pre order , they fill it in front of you , it's not ready when you arrive, it should be. This wouldve made the process less complicated im sure.
Pickup took way too long. Will not shop here again, there are plenty of other places to go and every single one of them will have pickup customers in and out in 2 minutes flat.
Completely overpriced and not equipped to handle customers. Wait times are ridiculous and parking sucks. Brockton and Fall River are much better. Add more registers and staff.
Way too long of a wait, especially since I used Leafly and it still took 35mins to get my order! Selection is lacking big time, and prices are outrageous!
Check out the verilife in arlington heights' menu and you will see whats wrong here! They got like 20 strains availlable and most over 20% thc and deals like 100$ for a half z. The people here are super nice but wait til other shops open around wareham will lose many customers cuz we wont forget your money grab high prices. Good people bad owner/ management for few strains and hiking up prices!! Who you foolin?
