Absolutely amazing staff! So helpful and educating on the products. They offer tincture and vape cartidges.

Great atmosphere. Everyone is genuine. Products are clean.

This dispensary is beautiful, and the staff is great. The vape oil is 25% cannabis and 75% Polypropylene Glycol. It is very sweet, and does not taste like cannabis. It burns my lungs and sends me into a coughing fit.

I think the prices are too high. I think perhaps the business is restricted from lowering their prices. In any case I would like to see deeper discounts, better percentages off for seniors citizens,disabled , etc etc persons. Quality is good I guess. I don’t have anything else to compare it to. This is the only place I get my vapes from. I would also like to see occasional samples for edibles. The atmosphere is cool.. The staff seem very friendly as well as knowledgeable I will miss the coffeemaker they used to have before covid. It was nice to have a cup of coffee while minimally waiting in the lobby. All in all going there is a nice experience. I am happy they now have flower. I would also like to see them expand so there would be more inventory to purchase. My biggest issue is the prices. They REALLY need to come down if they would like to compete with the cartel or whoever it is that brings the illegal stuff in.

A good place

It’s a nice place. I’ve enjoyed past transactions here with the great staff. However my recent patronage of this location was not as positive as I’d come to enjoy. I felt incredibly rushed by the staff member, my questions on product were of no concern to her. I was swiftly rushed out upon payment, without any answers to my medical needs being addressed. Very disappointed as previous staff always were friendly and helpful. I did notice many new faces compared to my past visits. The newer staff isn’t as good as the ones I was used too. I hope this place isn’t going downhill, but my most recent visit has raised concerns with me that it may be.

So, I couldn’t help but notice that they sell Curaleaf products here...but at a higher price than what u pay at Curaleaf. That’s RIDICULOUS! And during a pandemic too? Wow...way to have a heart for your community 🙄

Let's start by being crystal clear: Verilife employees are always great and the low quality score is not a reflection on them, hence the 5 stars for service. Quality only got an extra star because I'm sure the carts are the strength they say, unlike the flower. The carts are strong, yes, but the terpene profiles are severally lacking, making the little things basically panic inducers if you're not super careful. By the time you start to feel any pain relief, it's often too late and the THC has begun messing with your head. (Indica carts) The Curaleaf Indica ground flower is, frankly, a joke. They say it's 26.57% on the latest jar, but based on my 25+ years of extensive marijuana knowledge, I can assure you it's more like 15%. On top of that, this "Indica" flower is completely heady, no body at all. I have a prescription for pain, but the only flower for pain is clearly not what they say it is. It actually reminds of a lot of MAC 1 I've had from CA, which is a hybrid/Sativa leaning and has very little to no pain reliving properties. Then there's the fact that I took, out of my crazy expensive 7 grams, 0.9 grams of ground pieces of stem out. No wonder they include a print out that warns of possible side effect: headache. You've got people smoking stem. How much of the other 6.1 grams is stem that's ground too finely for me to pick it out? Frankly, disgusting. Atmosphere lost one star, again this is not because of the employees, but rather because of this terrible state: NY. No matter how nice and welcoming the employees are, it always feels like I'm entering some highly classified space where I'm not welcome. This is because of the way NY treats its patients, because we're basically just criminals in their minds still.

If you're a medical marijuana patient in New York looking for a great dispensary, look no further. This place has everything. Computers, hardwood floors, staff, Albany, parking lot, information forms. PharmaCannis is Albany's hottest new dispensary. Their prices are pretty competitive; they have sales going on for long stretches. They're also opened during the day Saturday, just not Saturday night.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this place! The staff are all very educated about the products they carry and have always been friendly with me... I’ve been going there for some time now, long and often enough for them to know my name as soon as they see me walk in!

Crazy overpriced

I didn’t like that you tell the people to put in your discount and they don’t . Also that when I went they gave me the wrong chewable I wanted the gummies and they didn’t exchange it . This place it’s not worth going to . Drive to Ballston spa better service and won’t feel so stuffy going for your medication . I have chronic neck pain and I need this medicine and this location it’s closer but for now on I’ll drive the extra 20 minutes to the ballston spa FP wellness . Never again ! Plus they didn’t use my discount or you get credit and they don’t use it . PS atm it’s a robbery also .

I used to enjoy going to this location and the product they sold. The quality of the product and the service provided at this location has for me gotten so bad I will not return. The sad part is that no one from this company cares if they lose a customer.

I've been gathering as much info as I can to educate myself. I haven't visited PharmaCannis yet. But I've spoken on the phone with one of their Patient Care Representatives. She was lovely person extremely helpful and after our conversation, she e-mailed me with the answers to my questions. When I get certified, I will make this my dispensary.

Everyone is friendly and helpful. Products are terrific as well.

The best weed in the capital region

first off I couldn't even find this dispensary at first, once I did there was only 4 parking spaces for patients. The staff was Friendly and knowledgeable. the products are a tad pricey for the quality that they are, the tincture taste like straight alcohol and the vape was not pleasant at all.

Verilife was my first dispensary. I liked that it was easy to get to, the online order for pick up is so quick and everyone is so helpful. I’ve been to other local dispensaries but never bought. The staff didn’t have a lot of experience with their products and the EXACT OPPOSITE IS TRUE AT VERILIFE! The staff is amazing and extremely patient!!

On my first visit I had a very thorough consult that wasn’t rushed and gave me the knowledge I needed to get the best products for my chronic pain. I ordered online for my second trip and my order was ready to be picked up 10 mins later!! I was in and out in no time! The staff is exceptional!

Nice place Friendly Helpful, I thought the product was a bit pricey,but I have to admit the vape product seems to go a long way. I don’t know how much pain relief I am getting but sleep comes easier and my temperament is improving
