Verilife - Cincinnati (Non-Medical)

I purchased a defective cartridge here. It worked for a few puffs and then stopped working. Multiple batteries couldn’t make it work and I had just started using it. When I asked what I could do I was told by a staff member to bring back the cartridge and the receipt. When I did just that the manager still wouldn’t do anything to help. Simply refused. If you want to be treated well do not come here.
