The location is good and the service is quick

As I have been a patient at this location since it started!!! I do online pick up orders frequently and today I got my order confirmed.. With in five mins I was told that they was short one of my products.. I DO NOT know how this would happen as I was told that if they was under 3 items it wouldn’t be listed for a online purchase!!! So if I ordered three how did I only get two?!? Someone else got my order !!!

I always enjoy the vibe at this dispensary.

I would like to take a moment and write a honest review. Let me start by telling you when I first went there I stopped by to ask questions about obtaining a medical card. Everyone I encountered were very professional and friendly. They walked me through the whole process. Once I was good and able to purchase they took time to explain everything from legal aspects of the program to recommendations of the products. I'm always acknowledged when I arrive and leave the facility. They have a wide selection of cannibis. They do run out of certain items just like other places but they are quick to restock fast. I recommend this place👍👍

I transferred here a month or so ago and I’ve been there (3) times. People are friendly and welcoming. Being just off 88 makes it very convenient and the staff is very efficient. I order online and it’s 15 minute process getting in and out.

Out of all the dispensaries I've been too, this one feels the most like a medical facility. They have a waiting room and you sit down at a desk to make your order and discuss products. Versus other places that feel more like a gas station with a clerk behind a counter.

Like how you get to sit down at a desk and talk person to person about what your looking for and what you need help with.

Staff is very knowledgeable and kind. The selection is great and so are the prices.

Awesome people. Had this awesome review wrote out then my phone died. Get back on here an of course it didn’t save. Luckily I got some good flower to keep me chill cuz I felt like loosing it. Recommend this place.

I know that they are going through a serious change, but service is still awesome. Love the crew and welcome the new employees.

Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff. Weekly deals are geat and very pleased to see that they support our military veterans with discounts. I hadn't used cannabis in over 15 years and my patient care representative knew exactly what direction to start my experience without overwhelming me with the extensive menu full of over a hundred different product options. I will remain loyal Verilife in North Aurora and would recommend to other patients looking for a quality experience.

Felt very welcome, everyone was quite nice. Their discount program seems rewarding. The bottom line for me was that they have the medicine I need to feel my best, the dispensary I had been going to was very depleted. It was an hour drive for me, but it was worth the trip.
