Verilife - North Aurora (Medical)

I like the Item selection for the most part. What I really really dislike at this location is as a medical patient I have to wait longer for assistance and to be checked out bc recreational people are taken precedent over me and other medical like me. This makes me irate every trip bc I see it every time. It’s to the point that arriving on site early doesn’t even make a difference. It makes for a sad experience every time.

They make online order a priority and are very friendly.

I am thrilled by the service at Verilife. The staff is willing to educate you on products and the different ways to use them! Can't wait to go back and sit with someone to educate myself more about products and their uses in controlling my pain, depression and anxiety. I tried the Reserva Privada Caviar last week and can't compliment it enough. A gram doesn't seem like much, but a little pinch of this will do you! Very pleased. I also tried the Gold Dust Kief. This is excellent to add some extra oomph to your joint or bowl. Both products are enjoyable and economical when it comes to the amount needed for the desired results. I'll always recommend the ease of pre-ordering through Leafly. I've even ordered through Leafly and by the time I arrived at the dispensary decided there were other things I wanted. They've always accommodated me with a smile!

the prices keep going up but the service and the variety of products offered keeps getting worse. they have a HUGE variety of edibles if that's what you want, but everything else, especially the concentrates, is extremely sparse. the lack of consistency in the stock makes it really hard if you're trying to treat a medical condition, you find something that works and they don't get it back in stock for months. Inside of the dispensary is very loud, and I did not appreciate being shouted at repeatedly by an employee from across the dispensary. I've been coming to verilife for over a year and a half and I'm just more and more disappointed every time I go. customer service wasn't too bad when I received a leaky cartridge from pts so I will give them credit for that.

I think there should be more than 1 window for medical patients so the wait isn’t as long for them. But everyone is always kind and eager to help in anyway which makes the experience better.

There are not enough registers for medical patients. It used to be so great until recreational came along.

This is a really relaxing and inviting atmosphere. This was my first time to this location as medical. Parking was super easy and the security staff was very pleasant and helpful. Needless to say I will be back. Just need stronger strains of flower in the selection but that’s just me.

Everyone there is very pleasant and helpful. On my first visit a few weeks ago I was completely lost and didn't know what to do or what to get for my pain. At every step of the way everyone made sure to tell the next employee I was new. They had recomendations for what to get and explained the different items on the medical menu. It was great and everyone was friendly and helpful. I just finished my third visit there and they were just as friendly and helpful as always! Thank you!

Best dispensary ever in North Aurora, period.

Everyone here is very friendly only downside is if you make an online order it doesn’t move you along any faster you still have to wait in line. Also they said I would have to pay recreational taxes if I ordered off of the recreational menu as a medical patient

I love the weekly special great deal and love the belly points and extra points for distance love every one there so much that I drive 1.5 hours one way

This place sucks. Some of the ladies are rude as hell. And the location itself sucks. Hardly any deals as well. Much better locations within 5 miles..
