Great location, service and product. Video's prices are competitive and they offer good value. The distillate cartridge is one of the best available and the battery powers on when you inhale, no button to press. They automatically setup an online account for me too!

I live in a borough of NYC where only 3 deliver. One makes me wait 10 days for delivery, and won't give me a time slot until the night before. The second is 5+ day wait and I do not get time slot until that day. Vireo always has a slot available for me in 2 days with a time window that I get to select. I don't even have to call them! I can order right off the website for delivery. It's this convenience that caused me to stay with them. I am also happy with the distillate released this year and the new extra strength capsules.

I have tried other dispensaries and this is the best I could find... Prices are high but that's not their fault its the way NYS regulates these places. The counselors are very knowledgeable and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Delivery is fast and easy, with online ordering.. This is the best dispensary around!!

Just got my medical card because I was hesitant on smoking since the pandemic. When I talked to the physician he walked me through what would be best for my needs. Very helpful. I did have a couple of hiccups w my order but they were quick to call me and fix the problem and gave me additional discount for my inconvenience.

I’ve never actually visited the dispensary itself, because Vireo offers free home delivery. That’s one of the reasons I chose them! I work from home and it’s convenient to be able to get my medication without having to arrange time away from work, drive there, look (and possibly pay) for parking, drive back, and then have to find parking again when I get home. The guys who deliver are awesome - friendly, professional, and really nice. And they text you a tracking link so you know exactly when they’ll be there. Vireo’s prices are also a big reason I keep coming here. They were well priced before but they recently lowered prices on a lot of items. The quality of the products they offer is outstanding, and their product line keeps expanding - it’s great to have so many effective options. Finally, the level of care and attention from the pharmacists is great. If you ever purchase something you haven’t tried before, they call to make sure you understand what you’re buying and how to use it. They’re happy to answer any questions you have! I can’t recommend Vireo enough. Outstanding, effective products and a great team to work with. A+

When it comes to Vireo flower, you are better off buying from another brand. The flower is always dry and smells like hay! These flowers have no terps. Only seems like this company is in it to simply make money. If Vireo cared about the quality of flower you grow then you would take pride in doing so. I have bought flower from here a few times and each time it has been the same crap. Low grade flower!

I’ve been a patient with Vireo for a year and some moths. I always get the Home Delivery and the driver|deliverer are so pleasant, kind, & always make sure you’re given the correct delivery package. I love how I’ve finally found what works for ME! I’ve tried other brands, but I just love Vireo Green Cart, Yellow Oral, & the midnights. I have 4 Herniated discs and a Pinched nerve in my neck. This green and yellow are amazing for my pain in my back. They are always reliable and always have your vireo Favorites. Also, my consultation was amazing with the Vireo Pharmacist. She truly helped me with my choice of the Vireo Spectrum. I will always stay with Vireo. I am truly thankful to have such an amazing Medical Marijuana Dispensary that always has exactly what you need for pain, anxiety and etc...

Very professional

Bought new vaporizer and $130 in oil. My first time using it leaked all the oil out of it. Contacted Viro since I bought it from them and they responded they couldn’t do anything about it. So I lost all $130 in oil and I have a new bug vaporizer that’s worthless and they won’t back it up. Buyer beware!!

Vireo is great! I've been using them for years, they're staff is super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful with any questions or concerns and there delivery service and couriers are top notch. I'd highly recommend them if you have never used them. They have quality products at competitive prices and send out special offers quite often. Great company/great dispensary!
