I've been a customer here since the day before they actually opened and I love this dispensary! Customer service is always 100% positive every time I visit! I have purchased many different products all have been top notch! You will not find easier medical cannabis buying experience in Lancaster Pa area

Best dispensary in Lancaster county. Free parking and an easy walk from anywhere in Lanc city. The staff are always friendly. Nice comfortable waiting area but never much of a wait. Plenty of space to shop in a relaxed space. After three years in the program I have found my home.

it's a great dispo that just started giving out 2 more 20% off bc they are giving three 20% off discounts to new customers, so they're giving 2 to the existing clients. they're have fire products. I recommend anything INSA flower wise and prism/moxie/cresco/gleaf concentrate is great

I had a really great experience here! Everyone is super nice, helpful, and welcoming. It’s by far the nicest dispensary in Lancaster. I wish I would have come here from the start! Great selection, really good sales, a loyalty program, and more! The service here is the best in the area.

People often look to online reviews as an easy, honest, and most importantly, UNBIASED view of the quality of a company’s work and how a company treats its customers. When a company's own employees (AND MANAGEMENT) manipulate online ratings by leaving 5 star reviews for a company they work for? It is known as a "conflict of interest". It really just boils down to “Has the review writer experienced or are they capable of experiencing the same type of service that is provided to the average customer?” If the answer is no, they SHOULD NOT be writing a review for you! It is VERY BAD business ethics and often makes people lose trust in companies that would allow this behavior. I have definitely lost trust in this company after seeing this farce (at more than one location). Being that this a medical program I would like to have 100% trust in the companies that I purchase from...unfortunately actions of this nature have tarnished my trust. I will never shop here again!

This dispensary is my all time favorite one. All the staff are super nice & truly care for all there patients. Rob in my opinion is the best person he truly helps me feel welcome & takes the time to talk to me about my seizures & life. This dispensary is truly my family & they all treat me with respect & kindness shop here for your medical needs they truly care about there patients.

Not the best place or first when I think “I need to go to the dispensary.” There’s been rude staff, times nobody is on the same page, people that don’t seem to care about their job or maybe they missed their customer service training? Parking has never been an issue for me the few times I’ve been there, others complain even though they allegedly validate for the garage. I guess it’s a good place for people in the city or people that can’t go far. It’s very state dependent with their research and all, they give you discounts for reports or surveys in return. Penn Medicine is big in the medical community..I think they have their few products here. Vytal also has their own products and sales on them….All in all not my first or even third choice. There’s some very nice ppl there but I think they’re all working and you can tell there’s people thirsty for tips in there. Try it, read real reviews, go to other dispensaries if you have the means, there are better.

My order was $26.50. They said do you want 20%,25% or 30% off since it's my first time. I said I will use the 20%. He then charged me $28 for the product because he said it comes of the original price so I actually paid more and he said he couldn't fix it. This place is a ripoff. Stay away!

Great customer service and affordable best dispensary in Lancaster city

I always feel taken care of . Relaxed atmosphere and not a lot of confusion. Like they have the time to do their job and their to assist you.

This has been my go to dispensary since Vital opened. The staff was always friendly, fun and full of knowledge. Within the last few months that good energy has been seen & felt less & less. I've shown up twice to pick up my order and finding the order not pulled in a timely manor(I placed it the day before) so sadly the Items I wanted and shopped for are then sold out. I understand this can happen, but it should not become a regular experience. So even though I can walk to Vital within 10 minutes, I'm now driving 20-30 minutes to go else where. I get it we all have off days but this is becoming a different store environment. Hopefully any growing pains work themselves out and Vytal can remain the Cool, Laid Back Dispensary we all want to visit. Stay GratefuL☮️☯️
