The service time to prep orders is outrageous and half time don't know what's going on. Come on...this is a fucking small town should be like a bar know your customers.
The pack of pre rolls that I got taste extremely bland and dry. Seems to lack any complexity to its flavor (like hay) and both are under 14% thc. Waiting for them to get edibles until I go back. I recommend building this menu by looking at the top dispensary’s in Reno and Ely’s variety. I will try again soon, but this will be great to have around when the menu expands.
I enjoy the Tahoe pre rolls....they had the green crack pre rolls when they opened but not anymore:( fix the cones hay.....also budtenders great however I asked one of the girls about the online menu and she couldn't answer my?.... all good tho
A big shout out to SAM, & JAMES.... You guys give such great service..... Always a smile on their faces.... Water Canyon is a great place..... Honestly I love it here not just to get bud but to actually interact with the workers you ask a question they answer with nothing BUT knowledge not just half fast answers I get the product isn't all that they should branch out a little bit but if you just plain out say their horrible customer service or they suck your just a angry stoner who just wants,wants, wants understand this is a store with rules and regulations people if you don't have the money just go hit up Billy Bob down the road for a dub sack. Appreciate you water canyon for atleast trying to satisfy us stoners 🤟 really nice welcoming employees(:
I love the people here the workers are super friendly and knowledgeable especially James and Sam you can tell they are Really trying they help you understand what you are going to consume and understand how To get the results your looking for. I feel like the prices are a little crazy but hey it cost to smoke right lol thanks water canyon for making me feel welcomed every visit id hate to travel a shit load lmao

Everyone was fast and friendly. Line moved very quickly. Got a chuckle as the cashier almost shorted me ten dollars in change but I'm not gonna knock em on it. 10/10 plus it's right down the street from home.
The order I had placed, was not what was given to me upon purchase.
The order then took a turn for the worse when the product (in which there was no intent of purchasing) had been "broken" when my stroll to maverick was less then a mile away from the dispensary.
Paid a replacement fee then was given some "samples".
The two Bud-tenders were very professional and patient with me on answering my questions...can't wait till you open with the indoors .. I like to look and ask so many questions about a product that I think it will make it easier for your patients and clients... I'll definitely be back! Thank y'all

I feel like I got ripped off because of some error in the system. Because when I put in my order I was just going to get the gram and subtracted it to change it to the 3.5g well whatever happened and the system thought I only ordered the 1g not the 3.5g so they charged and gave me the 1g but on my paper it said I ordered the 3.5g. So whatever happened there I hope y'all get it fixed.
