would not honor warranted CO2 oil cartridges. changed the time from 30 days to 14 days guarantee-retroactively! consistently said "nothing we can do" at every stage of "we need [this} for warranty". only to say-"there's nothing we can do".. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE!

I've been shopping here for 4 years and just had my first unpleasant experience there. I asked for Hybrids Sativa or Indica leaning (It didn't matter) just NO citrus. The Bud Tender grabbed onto Sativa. When I didn't like what she brought and I asked for a specific product, she said, "That's Indica" and brought more Sativa. OK, Whatever. I didn't like the choices brought again, but set one aside as a possible. I asked again for specific products and was again told, "That's Indica." At this point I felt like she was being condescending and asked if she had any Hybrids (Since that was what I lead with originally and hadn't seen any yet). She rolled her eyes, slammed a few drawers begrudgingly brought more. Got my fall back Sour Blue Fruit and a few others I had never tried. I was pretty frustrated because I think she didn't listen to what I first said. Then I think my displeasure at everything she showed me and wasn't doing it for me, pissed her off...because she got locked onto Sativa. I grabbed 6 pre-rolls regardless of what they were because at this point I was pissed and didn't want to be rude. So guess what I'm sitting here smoking?LEMON Cheesecake.I hate citrus. I'm not saying her name, but I'll avoid her like crazy when I'm back.

Came to the west Seattle marijuana store today to try out a new strain that we’d never heard of. Ended up spending much more time than planned browsing over their extensive concentrate selection. Our budtender Will Nelson was extremely patient and very knowledgeable for us while we picked and chose our dabbing desires. Look forward to coming back and seeing Will again!

I came in and started looking around as usual. This store has a great selection of cannabis products as well as accessories. Probably the best shop I've seen in that regard. The budtender seemed a tad pretentious, though. Which is unfortunate since they have good products. I was talking to him about a specific strain and I told him I've always found it as a "B" strain. He went into a small rant about how it's all about the farm it comes from, etc. I'm already aware of all this and I've had it from many different growers. After that he says that he knows what he's talking about, and how he better since he has a THC tattoo. This sentence alone was so obnoxious that I just bought the gram and left. Guess what - it was mediocre. There's a reason it mostly gets used as a stabilizing strain during breeding. Anyway, the attitude ruined the store for me. I'll definitely not be coming back.

Heard this place from a friend so i thought i'd check it out. The staff there is amazing, especially Rico!! He answered every question i had and gave the best recommendations! 10/10 This is my new favorite spot, i'll defiantly be coming back!!

User to be good, but the clerk sold me a strain i didn't ask for and I didn't notice until i got home. I wasted my money on something I would have not purchased.

I’ve always come back here when I’m in the area. Knowledgeable bud tenders, who always hook me up and help me find whatever it is I am looking for. Never had any issues or concerns.

One visit was enough. A letdown on every level. And don't be confused -- this is NOT located in West Seattle, more like the White Center/Burien borderland.

I have been going here for the last 6 months, I purchased 28 grams for $160.00, when i get home i weighed it as i always do, and it weighed 22 grams I immediately call, the worker who answered basically blew me off it was a vendor problem, but i asked what about me, am i suppose to bring a scale with me everytime, and he blew me off. I asked to speak to a manager who he said was not there. asked if he wanted my number he said I guess if he needs to call you. WOW. so I wait an hour and call back, said he was busy, another hour I call back he is still busy but will call when they don't have so many customers. WOW, what am I. 2 days later still no call. I have been here many times with no problem everyone was helpful, my favorite local store, I was offered no refund or anything, this employee was offered no resolution. I get this for my 80 year old mom who i take care of for medicine, she is on a limited budget, as I am. I will go today to see if anyone will help me resolve this.

First time visit and I called ahead to make sure they had what I was looking for. Came in the next day and asked for a particular strain, he picked out 2, paid cause it was busy and could not really read it, came home and happen to look it up on leafy. It was not what I asked for. Being a newer smoker and a 1st time visit, I would expect these guys to have it down perfectly what's what. Of course, they chose not to do anything. I understand you cannot exchange, but could have offered a discount or something to get me what I wanted. Unfortunately I cannot even use what I purchased. WILL NEVER RETURN.

This is the best marijuana store, and we have been to many. They are clean, fast, knowledgeable and friendly. They have the deals on pre roll, cigar wood tip with cigar wrap, and the 1/8th oz for 10.00. Very nice people and professional.
