I appreciate each person who makes this place what it is. During such a difficult time in our community this place has stood strong keeping us stoners at ease. I've visited this place numerous times of the day and it always seems to be busy. With that being said I've never once been rushed and I'm ALWAYS given solid advice. As a medical patient in a more recreational market it's nice to have informative budtenders who know what they're talking about. I'm a big terpene guy and talking with a particular gentleman it was such a relief to know the passion for us patients is still there. I will ALWAYS come to this location to get my meds.

I've only been in a handful of times but each time has been a very good experience. I've dealt with Lexi more and she's very helpful and super friendly every time. She has knowledge - which helps me a lot when figuring out what I need.

I picked up a gram of their $ 6 eco strain, and was pleasantly surprised at how good it was, especially for the price. the clerk I spoke with was both knowledgeable and enthusiastic. I'm trying out their upper tier strains next and if they perform as well as the economy strain for the price then I'll make them my main stop.

Board said one price, I get charged another. It wasnt fair, i should have got advertised price. I guess Oasis it is. It's not like we don't have a choice. You should keep that in mind when you screw someone.

A little small, took awhile getting checked in for my first time but great quality stuff!

I don't write negative reviews but I had to this time... I bought a new 1G cartridge and it stopped working after 1 day. I drove 15 min to the shop w/ original receipt like I was informed and everything was going smooth. After telling me he would take care of my replacement, he talked to a co-worker and came back over and said "since you didn't have the small package it came in, we can't do a replacement" Even though nobody ever said I needed it or It wouldn't be placed, they still wouldn't help me. I now have to drive back home and look for a small package because what I purchased didn't work and they don't provide all details for returns. You gotta love when he said "if you took a fan back to Home Depot, they wouldn't take it back without the box".... Well, I guess he has never shopped at Home Depot or any other place that has a normal return policy... I just moved to Sherwood and was hoping to make this my everyday stop... Not anymore.

Awesome bud tenders! Knowledgeable, friendly, and had a great selection of cartridges of which a super nice gal helped me pick the perfect one of. I even had a scary guy follow me into the place (not indicative of the dispensary, I’m sure it was just a one off instance) and they were very cautious and escorted me out with a panic button just in case he didn’t leave! Will definitely be coming back as a regular.

I enjoyed my visit. This place has a great selection of bud. The bud tenders were nice and friendly. I've been to a few places and the employees have the "Too cool for school" attitude. I also felt like they were trying help me find a good weed strain that helped with my anxiety not just sell me weed.

Here I go about Western Oregon Dispensary, NOT TO your every day employees. I use to be a loyal customer since you opened your door. I even had a ongoing same price between managers and their suppliers, which I honestly appreciated due to my health conditions. I even continued using Western Oregon Dispensary for flower products. I have noticed for sometime, as I have been using Leafly app since available Western Oregon Dispensary pricing has gone UP, always the same supplier, THC %, currently if you compare your pricing of identical flower products to Canna Bros YOU are ripping off people. So I have been a loyal customer to Canna Bros. Good luck and see how far that goes??
