I’ve never been to your shop, but I’m researching dispensaries in the Tigard area, so I’ve been reading your reviews. There are a couple of names I keep seeing over and over. AVERY received a few shout outs from happy customers. DANI is mentioned alongside glowing homage to her stellar customer service skill set, in SO MANY of the reviews by people it seems she has made your customers for life. Just sayin’…anyone who monitors this thang. Word to your Moms.

OUTRAGEOUS!!!!! Bought a $39 cartridge battery that DID NOT WORK. I brought in the DEFECTIVE cart battery, and to get it fixed, they acted like they were doing me a favor. This is what your policy is. I am super upset as I spend AT MINIMUM $400 a month with WOD, specifically sherwood. Fu*& them! I WONT be back!! Chalice farms is just a few minutes away, people. So disappointed. :( I have NEVER been so disappointed in a dispensary. FOUR visits to get this issue resolved with no apology. A defective cartridge and employee / manager bad attitude is absolutely unacceptable. Dude. WTF happened? I will NEVER shop here again!!!!
As someone who is apart of the industry, I love the products, staff and atmosphere! My only wish was that they would acknowledge the "Inhalants" category of Oregons limits. I should be able to get 5gs of infused prerolls as well as 5gs of concentrate. The staff said it was the owners decision and all it is doing is making them LESS money.
This by far is my favorite dispensary to shop at. The staff are always warm, welcoming, and helpful.
