Windy City Cannabis - Highwood

Having a problem with the employees who handles the product. They are taking the seals off the flower and are stealing flower from the customers. This is very sad

The manager Matt took care of a problem that was partially my fault and ended up solving my problem quickly efficiently and awesomely. With management like this Windy City Highwood is the best in the business. Thanks again

So I will like to start off with I read another comment and it’s them taking seals off and taking weed out of it and re sealing them and I will like to say it’s true because I got a preroll from them and felt it was light so I opened it in my car sealed and all and recoded it and it was empty and went to go show them right alway but manger Jake was very rude young kid doesn’t know what customers service is speaking over me and telling me I can take 5$ or get out and get banned for doing nothing it’s just them taking tuff from people and wanna say it’s only $10 I don’t care how much it is if I pay for something and don’t get nothing I’m gonna be pissed. But ended up getting banned and cops called on me for trying to have a professional talk but he didn’t want to listen and went straight by to sercuity that didn’t even want to kick me out because I’m a regular customer and just got disrespected like that will not be going back .

Amazing service with a great store atmosphere

Dude this is an amazing place the vibe is totally awesome 10 out of 10 for me and would recommend to others. wonderful service and the bud tenders are very helpful.

Store is located in a beautiful area on "Restaurant Row" in Highwood. Store inside is beautiful and all of the staff from Security, Checking in, and Bud Tenders are all friendly and accommodating. A very nice hometown feel when here, fits in the area. Should be able to meet the needs of most. I will be back!
