I’ve been a patient here for like 7mos now. For the most part the workers at the worth location are pretty cool & knowledgeable except this 1 male budtender. Now my visit before 420 this moron didn’t give me any of my specials. I don’t argue about cost it was like $20 total in I should have gotten in savings I just didn’t want to seem idk like a jerk they were busy. 4/19 I called and specifically asked are you taking online orders tomorrow? Reply NO, it’s 420. Ok I thought that’s fair.... well sure enough they were taking online orders on 420....Today, I placed an online order waited for the “your order has been fulfilled” text and jumped in my car. My phone goes on DND when driving for texts... I get to the dispensary 55 min later and they say they’re out of my order. Huh? How? Oh well the manager sent you a text letting you know that? When? Before you sent the text that my order was fulfilled? No, 10 min after I left. I ordered an 8th of a gold leaf product and 2g’s of 2 other gold leave products. I was sold some bullshit, that was not gold leaf, was told I couldn’t look or handle the packaging because it wasn’t paid for. I walked out of there w 2 bullshit g’s of some off brand of the strain I ordered (not realizing it wasn’t gold leaf because I could look at the packaging). Now I see why, so you can sell me something other than what I ordered! 2 thumbs down! I switched dispensaries immediately! I didn’t care that I didn’t have the meds I needed to get me thru! I’ll never recommend a place so careless of customer service, a patients time, pain & medication. Selling me some BS other then what I ordered! And you can’t even go back on their site to see your original order because it wasn’t ultimately fulfilled. You see what they sold ya! Smh take care and best if wishes!

Staff was incredibly friendly and super helpful. They have great knowledge of the product and what works well with deferent ailments. Thank you for making my first time visiting an incredible one.

love this place, I drive 17 miles from home to come here. the folks help you understand the medicine. they help so it's not difficult to find the right solution for you. love them all. Graham does a fantastic job.

This place is incredible. Every single person at this dispensary is very helpful and knowledgeable about the product. Shout out to Ryan as this guy has helped me out since day one and he is always on point with his recommendations. If he says it is good and will work for you, it’s because he has already tried it and knows what he is talking about.

They are doing a great job. It's been super crowded but they are still friendly and handling the crowds well. There is plenty of parking at the golf course across the street. The security guards know what they are doing. The products are great too. They did have restrictions on how much you could buy so more people could get it. They let medical cards cut to the front of the line. I don't know what those other reviews are complaining about. Its just been super busy because now it's legal. Deal with it.

The ladies and gentlemen working here are killing it! Keep up the awesome work and friendly attitudes! I was in and out quickly and the budtenders,security and receptionist were all very nice! Best atmosphere and super comfortable. I just got my card and have never used marijuana before. The first time in I met Jordan, the manager, and he was so helpful. Since then, I have met with everyone, and they are all so patient and helpful. They all want to make sure you get what should or would work for you. After my first visit, I explained how I felt, and the other gentlemen told me how to counteract, and I have felt felt better. I'm still a little scared of everything, but I'll get the courage to try to try the stronger vapes and other things. I wish there was a class for first time users, just to ease my fears!

Great selection and prices are ok could be lower .very knowledgeable employees and helped me find the right products to help with my medical condition My only problem is the online ordering it shows item available when I order it and get to dispensary it's not in stock. But overall it's a great place. definitely would recommend this location to other new patients.

The place is helpful. Staff is friendly. There needs to be a price list available because I'm sick of asking how much????? On the grand daddy purps? Also they need to put strains that are PAIN related on sale too, and not just the same old Durban Poison. I hate that stuff, didn't do nothing for me. I need a price list and I need more pain related items to take my pain away. I don't want a mind high. Start making some deals and don't be so strick, you'll bring in more cash. I know a dispensary that will price match ANYTIME so thinking about moving.

Everybody here is so friendly and knowledgeable! They will answer any question, and never make me feel rushed. I always leave happy!
