World of Weed - Tacoma

I'm a frequent and loyal customer to WoW. Today my experience was a pain in the a@#. I purchased a cartridge for the weekend. I go out to my car and test the cartridge as recommended. It didn't hit properly or taste good at all. I have been lucky to have never come across a bad cartridge. So I go in with the intention to exchange it and move on with my day. I go back in and talk to a gentleman named Alex who tells me its not his problem deal with it for lack if better words. What a D@$k! The security guy couldn't even believe it. I called from the parking lot and was told to bring it back in, I did and it was exchanged on the spot. Alex was not a friendly tender and doesn't deserve to work at such a good place. Thanks WoW for solving my issue.

Had a great first time visit, awesome workers helped me out with what I wanted and we're very nice doing so. I will be returning back for more.

So, I've never been the type to leave a review before but my God after the experience here I felt I just had to. Let's start off with the location looking a little sketchy from the outside but the very second you walk in you'll feel super comfortable and what's more is that the interior is decorated just how you've always dreamed. There is a huge wall of flowers that you select your choice from while you're waiting in line so that there isn't as much backed up lines as at other places. But I've gotta add. My boy was seriously the coolest bud tender I've ever had. He hooked it up to me and my girlfriend with not only clear and concise advice but he delivered it in a way that not only made me want to come back but seriously made me wanna come back a hundred times. The dude needs a raise. I could ramble on for hours here guys but seriously if you're thinking about either trying a new dispensary, have never been to one, or are just looking for the best quality at the lowest prices-- Well then your search has come to an end. I was "WOW'd" at the World Of Weed<--- even the freaking advertisements are epic.

I live in Lacey, and drive here instead of staying in Lacey. I must drive by a couple dozen stores between home and World of Weed. I never even consider stopping anywhere else!

I have visited this location several times. I can take the back roads from Puyallup and it doesn't take me more than 20 minutes or so with traffic lights included. I stopped by W of W recently after having some major dental work done that hurt and made my face swell up. The security guy outside could tell without me having to say anything. I'm not sure who helped me but I think it might have been Matt. I couldn't talk so I had a hand written note which made me feel kinda silly but he was really nice about it. I didn't want a large quantity of anything so he sold me a pre-roll infused w/ hash oil for $10. I was hesitant at first because pre-rolled joints that I've bought elsewhere in Tacoma were usually really dried out and just not all that impressive. I got home with my purchase and I'll just say it was more than worth the $10. I forgot about the dentists' drill pretty quick if you get my drift.

Not your average place, with all of the exceptions you're always having to make with other places. No, they're beyond great! First time there... clean, safe, orderly, friendly, informative, with a knowledgeable staff that actually LISTENS to your needs and can back up any info they relay. Don't change a thing!

Awesome store. There are recreational stores a lot closer to me, but I always come here. They have really friendly staff and way better selection/prices than other places. They also update their menu way more than other places so when you get there it's more likely you'll get what you were hoping for. It's my favorite cannabis store.

This is my favorite weed shop. They have a great selection and really good prices. I like that they have the glass cases as well as a menu posted very clearly. Always have good deals and the people that work there are some knowledgeable and friendly.

I absolutely love everything about this store. From the second you walk in, it's warm and welcoming. It always smells amazing and the staff greets you with a smile on their face. No matter what I am shopping for, I know one of the extremely knowledgeable budtenders will be able to help me. Everyone who works here is so kind and easy to talk to. Not to mention... they have THE BEST DEALS I have ever seen. Seriously... $10 eighths and $10 grams of concentrate... They also do a bunch of different sales every day, so no matter what I'm never breaking the bank! This is and will forever be my go-to shop.

it would be nice to see what company the product is made by on the menu so we know which ones are the daily deals instead of just the strain.

I dont like how they rush you to buy. last night they told my boyfriend he was intoxicated and he couldnt go in he has never had alcohol in his life. they have a updated menu on this app but when you go in the prices are different. im very upset with this visit.

Really horrible service this time around, enough to make me not want to come back anymore. I’ve gone out of my way to visit this shop for years now, but today I was literally spoken to like a child by three very rude ladies who for some reason couldn’t handle that I was looking at the glass pieces and not in line. I had planned to spend a lot of money tonight, but I’ll take it literally anywhere else now. They were also very loudly commenting on my clothing while I was trying to look. News flash, you’re like 6 feet away and I people can hear you.
