I might be out of the loop but I'm wondering if the online ordering process is supposed to expedite the visit to the dispensary as a whole. I received three notifications saying my order was received, worked on, then one that it was ready. Awesome! I've gone to yilo Arcadia a few times and love it. I figured a wait as a walk in is to be expected but wondered if the online ordering was any different, I suppose it is. But just bad luck for me this time. I walked in and was greeted by who I assume was the manager as they were apparently counting inventory, she asked if I had an online order and I said yes. She proceeded to check me in and I was surprised when she sent me to the waiting area and said I'd be called soon. Uhh, what? My order was ready? Just needed to be paid. Okay, so I wait for the next available casheir/tender... Next tender greets the customer who walked in just after me checks him in . Asked him if he had an online order to which he said yes. And proceeds to take him directly to his station and immediately take care of him.. ohhhkaaaaaay. Well I'm not sure how it works but somehow I spent more time and got worse service. The girl who ended up helping me did okay I guess. But i really didn't feel taken care of at all. I guess I didn't buy enough? Idk

Best edibles in Phoenix! We are very partial to the chocolate fudge brownies. So good on so many levels!

Good service

Went in today and was sold an infused preroll that tasted moldy and stale. Looked at harvest date and it says 01/2024. Won't go back there if they aren't concerned about selling products that will make you sick.
