YiLo Superstore - Arcadia (Med/Rec)

After being told on multiple visits that if I write a positive review for this store on leafly that I would get a free pre-roll and that I could do so twice a month, I went on here and gave this place a good review. I then went in and asked about the free pre-roll and was told they discontinued that offer. There was no mention of an expiration date and I found this to be pretty bait and switch so I'm giving an honest review instead. The weed is just ok and the packaging is beyond annoying... they put the labels which you can already barely read on top of the plastic that seals the container (there is plenty of room to place the labels below the plastic) but they put the label over the plastic so you have to rip the label off too just to open it- good luck remembering which weed was which when you can't even keep the label with TINY writing in tact on the bottle. I think it's messed up that they are basically buying good reviews but worse that they aren't even making good on the promise. If this place wasn't so close to my house I would probably not go back.

Stopped here a few times always in and out never had to wait, The med are great location is convenient if you use public transportation. Customer service is on point shop here if you are in the area..

Lots of variety for edibles and carts and very low prices compared to most places. I’ve been there a few times now and Andrew has been very informative and always gives great suggestions for things to try.

Y'all took away your discount for cannabis industry card holders and then don't have any specials on New Years Eve? WTF? I've been coming to you exclusively for the past few weeks for my edibles, I can't smoke right now, I was so happy to find y'all AND I got a discount. Came in today excited for the specials, then, there's no specials and no discount. I'm medical patient, so this isn't a recreational complaint about not being able to get high for cheap. This is my medicine, I need it everyday, all day, I have several conditions that qualify me. Why did you do this? I really hate that you did this because this Taurus, is stubborn enough to never return, and to tell everyone not to come there. Greedy,Greedy, Geedy. You're in it for the wrong reasons. Remember medical patients carried you through prohibition and almost all the Dispensaries turned their backs on us. I'm sad to see y'all do it too. Everyone is really nice though.

each time I enter YiLo/Arcadia my expectations are wisked off to Super Satisfaction Land! ALL of the staff are on point spectacular sharing their knowledge with a genuine friendly way of expressing their love for helping us all get to where we need to be. yes YiLo, YOU GUYS ROCK!!!!!

The service is excellent & the staff are friendly & positive. Its the best. They make you feel like your at home. I’ve worked with Nelson and the bud tenders and they all do an excellent job.

Staff is always super friendly unlike any other dispensary I’ve ever been to. It’s absolutely a blessing to walk in somewhere where they are welcoming like this. They’re edibles supersede any other dispensary in town and believe me, with the pain I endure due and being allergic to all medications, I’ve driven to nearly everyone dispensary in Arizona from Scottsdale to Glendale to Phoenix to Scottsdale to Tempe to Mesa to Chandler. So, I’ve had my share around the valley. And, I think I heard they won 9 awards for their edibles in 2021 or 2020 (COVID ?). Their chocolate mousse pie is to die for! Half is a good serving but it’s so good you want to eat it all!!! 😋 You earn points from your purchases which is awesome!! Oh! And, they sell plants! They say they should produce in about 3-4 months. Which you don’t find plants other places so that’s super dope! Overall, great dispensary and good options only wished they’d carry Aeritz and Good Science too.
