DISAPPOINTED! Hate writing this, but service sucked, they did not pay attention to anything I ordered. Called in for sativa gummies, they said they had them, went in, handed me indica..turned around and said this is not sativa, they said oh sorry, went back to the shelf handed me “sativa” look at it and it was a fuckin hybrid. Told them again, then they said oh whoops looks like we are out of the sativa…like really? Waste of time, no compensation for their fuck ups…3 times…just over this store. No organization whatsoever. So many people always standing around, products running out fast. Would not go back to this store nor recommend it anyone. Also don’t bother calling because 99.9% of the time, they don’t know anything or they just won’t answer. AND they will put you “on hold” and just hang up. Disappointed af.

ppl are great, weed is great also just do your home work and see who has the best at the time you are buying. I only use two dispensary. yilo and one other. I do from who has the best my home work and get what i want from who has the best at the time service changed when rec user came on board.

Very good service

Lately they have been underfilling the cartridges ever since they dropped their prices. I have 2 fresh cartridges out of the pack and they have giant air bubbles. I weighed out a bucket that was supposed to be 3.5 g and it was only 3. This place rips you off and lies to you, it used to be so good I don't know what happened

Great and fast service

I frequent here a lot since I live close. The budtenders are always friendly and take the time to answer your questions which I like. I would definitely recommend shopping at Yilo!

It’s my favorite place to go. I love the staff I love the energy I love the weed deals and prices I LOVE IT ALL when I walk in there I’m greeted in away that makes me feel like I’m visiting family and it’s not just one person it’s all the staff there. It’s rare you find a place where every single employee is amazing. Every single time!!!!!!

I have been coming to Yilo for about a year now and it’s definitely one of the best dispensaries in the valley. The prices are exceptional compared to other dispensaries that serve a similar product. The staff are very attentive and the lines tend to go by pretty fast especially if you have an online order. Highly recommend trying out their edibles because they’re absolutely delicious! Especially the carrot cake and fudge brownies

I would love to work here if I could live off their salary. No disrespect. But I love people and I love being able to just interact with positive vibes. Right now I am a banker. We are either being hollered at (by client or upper management), trying to reach some unobtainable goal, or just trying to make up shit to look busy during the day. I don't know how much your managers make but I do have managerial experience. Hey who knows...let's chat! LOL! With all that said the team members are amazing from the door back to my car. Always professional but fun, approachable, interested.

I loved the variety and quality of the product. However I felt like I was treated like an older woman that was uneducated about medical marijuana and I didn't like that at all. The front counter woman was great it was the staff in the back that were less than gratuitous of my patronage.

My boyfriend has not gone to any other dispensary than Yilos until he met me! He swore by the place and then I started going for him until I got sucked into being a regular myself because everyone is so nice and welcoming! They remember your name after going once or twice and know what you like or are looking for. Thanks yilo for paying attention and having what we need!😉

Everytime I order any half gram carts they always bring me a full gram. Everytime. Which isn't a big deal but today I went to get something that was already 10$ off and on the registers theres a sign that says if you heart us on leafly you can get 20% off but doesn't say anything else that's important. "No disclaimers" and when I asked the budtender about it she gave me an attitude saying that you already got 10$ off. And so I replied that the sign doesn't state whether you could it add already to a sale, like it does on the website when there's another special. It just states ask your budtender on how to get 20% off. And again the lady gave me a dirty look and an attitude again which made me feel real uncomfortable. Could of been handled better and the sign could also state how it works. The lady needs to be nicer too

Love this place

This was my first and last time here. They don’t offer any veteran discounts. This is the first dispensary in the valley I’ve encountered such a thing.
