I got a disposable and gummies. The gummies are hard as a rock . I have never bought gummies before that are hard like this . It's either I suck on them forever or just swallow like a pill

Great customer service. The lady at the front was very friendly and welcoming.

I like to try a different flavor every time I shop here .So far I haven't been disappointed and I try to spoil myself whenever possible just in case nobody else does.

Everytime I order any half gram carts they always bring me a full gram. Everytime. Which isn't a big deal but today I went to get something that was already 10$ off and on the registers theres a sign that says if you heart us on leafly you can get 20% off but doesn't say anything else that's important. "No disclaimers" and when I asked the budtender about it she gave me an attitude saying that you already got 10$ off. And so I replied that the sign doesn't state whether you could it add already to a sale, like it does on the website when there's another special. It just states ask your budtender on how to get 20% off. And again the lady gave me a dirty look and an attitude again which made me feel real uncomfortable. Could of been handled better and the sign could also state how it works. The lady needs to be nicer too

I had a great experience yesterday. Always a friendly environment, Shannon is wonderful she always lets me know what’s new and recommends me things based on my likings and preferences. She definitely knows how to make you feel welcome!

They always have the fire ass strains and they quick with the service. Love the 10% off when you order online thru leafly. Nathan my budtender was great.

Love this place. Always have a $7.99 a gram strain daily special and best edibles in town. Who has LIVE plant in they're window. Only YILO... : )

Absolutely LOVE YILO!!! And the bud tenders are the best!! I lapsed on my card and when I returned it felt like a family reunion. They have everything there to get you right and always have a deal on your end of choice. They specialize in edibles, you have to try them all and I feel like I respond so much better to their products probably because of the care and energy the staff put into their service is beyond compare. I ONLY go to Yilo.
