I made an online order for 1 ounce of mk ultra that was priced at 120$. I drove from Casa Grande to pick it up. When i got there, i was told that there was a miscommunication with leafly.com and it was 120$ for 1/2 ounce. I recieved a message from Territory 2 hours after my pick up time with info on the miscommunication. After i had already drove from Casa Grande. Bait and switch!
I used to go to this dispensary all the time but the service has been getting worse (from a management perspective - the budtenders are awesome!). They recently added tax to every item so the pricing increased (aka the price they advertise isn't the out the door price as it used to be). Then the best specials either got taken away or happen much less frequently than they used to. Now I place an online order hours before I go to pick it up and have to wait 30+ minutes. I understand having to wait if you show up without ordering online but when they send you a text saying your order is ready then I do not understand why it should take more than a few minutes for the people in line ahead of you to get their order. Not to mention the only way to find out what the wait time is is to show up - the last few times I have called the phones have been disconnected after going through the automated prompt.
This is my go to dispensary!! Everyone is SO helpful, it's easy to find what you need and if you're not sure what you need they are more than happy to help figure it out.
The sales and coupons are fantastic and online ordering was fast and easy.
This place is awesome! My only issue is the creepy security gaurd that kept staring at me crazy... I am a loyal customer and did not appreciate him or the looks he kept giving me.
Very nice, knowledgeable, and helpful staff. I keep coming back because they have all of my favorites, and they have specials on them, too!
Both before and after COVID-19, the shop is well laid-out, comfortable and efficient. I'm glad Territory is able to continue to serve us is these times.
Great job over at Territory Chandler! The online ordering/ curbside pickup was so much easier than I thought it would be! And Rachel (the Buster) made my day! Say hi to her and check out the puppy adoptions 😄. Wonderful visit on a Saturday morning when I needed some “normalcy”!
Consistently great service and products! All staff members are extremely friendly and knowledgeable enabling them to make sure excellent recommendations. Nick and Rachel are great! They always go above and beyond.
Rude front desk can’t even get an order out with them rushing you off the phone. So what if there is other people doing phone orders your only doing that so make time. And that’s after having to call again cause they didn’t want to answer the first time. Didn’t even want to order after talking to her.
Everyone is always helpful and friendly and that's a huge plus for me. They made my order so quick, and took time to add a few things on to my order when I arrived. Love the customer service!
First time going in was a great experience. I believe the name on the card is Cosseth but it smeared, was very helpful. Explained what I needed and they helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this dispensary.
