Online order transaction with Jake today & during this time with the Corona virus, am pleased to say EMERALD has a very comfortable relaxed atmosphere. Jake is a very informative employee. Very pleased at today's experience. Overheard for the first time in my life " ... here you go your LSD product and your ... are in your bag..." I nearly fainted. LOL I guess.... seriously each time I've done business at this location is pleasant. Each time I've meant to leave a review. Finally! Here's the best I can do right now. EMERALD is one of my very favorite & probably most used. EMERALD 👍you've definitely have what it takes to make these trying times pleasant. Wooo hooo!

this dispensary claims to carry organically grown flower, but if you read into what they use to grow their medicine. i mean they use a cheap way of being ORGANIC, going the easy route, prolly caring more bout the cash, than anything. 4/10.

I showed up for a great sale they had posted on Leafly. But they denied me the sale prices because they claimed it was an unauthorized posting. WTF? I have a screen shot of it. It had been posted for over two weeks. I was waiting to buy my pian medicine there for the sale. But management denied me my pain meds at the advertised prices. Not good business practices. Seems like a perfect example of “bait-and-switch” capitalism.

I just love Emerald Dispensary!!!! They were quick to take care of me very friendly staff, as well as extra knowledgeable about their products and different strains. I highly recommend them to anyone who is a first time patient and myself and my friends and family will also now start going there for all our cannibas needs.

1st time here based on suggestion from a very old stoner. Entry set up is very good. They buzz you thru a pair of doors which dumps you right in the dispensary (no waiting room). This was the first time for me where putting me in their system took about 2 minutes and did not require filing out a single form. A minute later I was being waited on. They have an excellent selection of top shelf flower and carry a full stock of Dutchie prerolls along with Korovo edibles. The Kaya bubble hash is also highly recommended. Checkout was also a pleasant surprise as Emerald's prices are lower than most of the other dispensaries I've used. Will make Emerald a regular stop.

I was compensated for the wait time

I absolutely loved my experience at this dispensary. It was a very clean and professional environment. From the security guard sparking up a conversation and was very friendly, to the gent that checked me in who was very informative and handsome 😁 and my cashier was also sweet. She kept strict social distancing but made me feel very welcome. Something about the cashier just stood out to me. It was just an overall nice experience.

Well I guess it's just my luck with prerolls. I'm just going to save every preroll from now till you shop closes for good and show you how much you wasted of one if you're patients allotment. Then times that by every patient. I hope your happy and cam sleep at night knowing your wasting someone's meds. Thank you and I don't care about the sale never will I waste another gram of allotment at this lovey dispensary who doesn't care about us. Only that almighty fucking dollar. Sorry Tawny and Dusty I wish you the best in life thank you for rocking my socks, you two are the best in the feels and deserve so much better than EMERALD. I would only recommend this place for bisiting the employees and making friends with them. Don't waste your time, money or allotment.

I've been meaning to write this review for awhile but after another awesome visit I'm finally getting around to it. Emerald has become my absolute favorite dispensary in Phoenix. I'm 50, just turned in quarantine, fun, and have been a supporter and smoker for almost 40 years, thanks Mom. I was a medical patient in Denver when they first went medical so also have a longtime as a medical patient as well. I'd first like to thank Seana? who has always been so kind and friendly from the moment I step in. Jason was wonderful and helped me with my new electronic card when I was having trouble figuring it out, I'm old remember. I think my last 3 visits Chelsea has taken care of me and I think she is just awesome too. Today was the first day ever I was short on cash and unable to leave a tip but she was so sweet and understanding and said she was just glad I came in to support Emerald even though I always tip. I'll get her next time but just love the place, clean and nice in appearance with a wonderful and knowledgeable staff. it has definitely become my favorite place in town and the Friday cart specials are the absolute best in town. I tell all my friends and will keep supporting this awesome place!!!!🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤
