Awful experience. I had a coupon for a free preroll from going to Errl Cup and had used it the first time and it was an amazing experience. I decided to go again and I had the worst experience ever. My cashier Lexi, the green haired girl, with attitude, refused to give me a free preroll because of her coworkers mess up.

The people are idiots here, budtender lady was confused about a sale at her own store and kept trying to tell me different, then realized she was wrong started apologizing then come to find out they only have one left of what I online ordered 2hrs before 🤦‍♂️ dont go here not worth it

I'm not visiting any zen leaf location again. The staff is lovely, the actual dispensary policies are garbage. Points expire after 90 days and can only be viewed when downloading the app? The staff cant access or view our points anymore?! No thanks. Awesome staff, great product, garbage policies. There are plenty of other dispensaries, just beware for this chain

This dispensary is very clean,the staff from the workers inside to the security guards are always so nice and friendly and the weed is always good at fair prices.

Always good and quick service, great budtenders and deals on pretty much everything. Highly recommend

it's been getting a lot better lately with Flower specials and I always liked the quality of product and the people are always friendly my second favorite dispensary

I’m visiting my family from out of state and wanted to try this place . Defiantly recommend ! Had a good experience I went to other dispensaries that were rude and over priced. When I came to this location the security Albert was very welcoming and helpful he gave me a lot of recommendations especially the gummies I was looking for oggi’s . They are amazing !

The Staff and Bud Tenders are very wonderful they take the time out to help you they take the time out to give you help with edibles, flowers and stuff. Tim the Security guy look out for me all last year when I got into a car accident and I had both my legs and cashed and I was walking with crutches and with cast on and canes and in wheelchair. Came came out and help me and gave me places to sit down and relax while I was waiting my turn. I would definitely recommend this place to all my friends and two other people. Very good atmosphere and very friendly and the people are wonderful. I'll be going back to that every time!

it was an average place with average displays. it was covenant at the time but nothing to drive for. my coworker that was coming by to help me move into my new place stopped cause of medical issues. I never got close to his car maybe 10ft, to tell him to fallow me when I leave. the owner who was outside getting signs, started accusing me of selling my medicine. I showed him my bag was still stapled shut with my receipt. he than tried to save face by continuing to accuse me. he then asked for my receipt so he could see my patient id. I told him he has cameras out side, if I did something wrong let's call the police. at that point he told me to leave I wasn't welcome back. don't shop here!!! they don't respect patients.

Hige selection to choose from. The free gramn they gave from the opening weekend was Nice tho!

140 bucks for an ounce of popcorn flower - somebody tell these guys popcorn bud is going for 60-80 an ounce everywhere -especially low percentage thc. get real with your "deals"

Swell peeps and a nice open setting, but in all honesty their flower leaves a lot to be desired. It's prepacked and ALWAYS dry so a little pricey considering the dank scents are lacking. Their top shelf is most places mid shelf

Mad Terp Lab twists the mouth piece so you burn your joint up and get no pull

so I pay for good buds and have a med card this place is good for both my dude Geoff is the man as soon as he sees me he knows I want the baddest stuff they have rest of staff is friendly cool vibes in there will always be a patient even when they go rec if your crying about prices or deals or whatever kick rocks and go stand in line somewhere else ill walk up to emeralds door see it go red to green and look for my dude and he's SAMPSON ...YOU KNOW WHAT I WANT

What happened to the weekly deals?! These new companies come in and they ruin everything. I likely won’t be stopping in again. Sad, because you’re close to home.

Canceled my order while I was on my way to get it after they originally accepted the order.

So I went to Zenleaf on Dunlap/43rd ave. today because they had Abundant Organics Flower on sale (Bogo) so i ordered online 2 1/8's 35 dollars a 1/8 .Thinking that was a good Deal since most places charge 50 a 1/8. So I get there to buy my product and find out it was 3.5 grams Repackaged with there own bags leaving out a gram . Where they advertise the Jars in there menu which are 4.5 grams not 3,5 That's all just disappointed

I've been meaning to write this review for awhile but after another awesome visit I'm finally getting around to it. Emerald has become my absolute favorite dispensary in Phoenix. I'm 50, just turned in quarantine, fun, and have been a supporter and smoker for almost 40 years, thanks Mom. I was a medical patient in Denver when they first went medical so also have a longtime as a medical patient as well. I'd first like to thank Seana? who has always been so kind and friendly from the moment I step in. Jason was wonderful and helped me with my new electronic card when I was having trouble figuring it out, I'm old remember. I think my last 3 visits Chelsea has taken care of me and I think she is just awesome too. Today was the first day ever I was short on cash and unable to leave a tip but she was so sweet and understanding and said she was just glad I came in to support Emerald even though I always tip. I'll get her next time but just love the place, clean and nice in appearance with a wonderful and knowledgeable staff. it has definitely become my favorite place in town and the Friday cart specials are the absolute best in town. I tell all my friends and will keep supporting this awesome place!!!!🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤
