This place is a joke with their prices they should be ashamed charging $70 for 3.5g of flower and $74 for carts .5g plus their own VP writes it’s reviews and giving its own place 5 stars talking about every patient he’s spoken to says it’s the best thing to happen to New Jersey smh plus in google it has 5 stars reviews when the place wasn’t even open yet so you know they’re fake, why do t you do us all a favor here in New Jersey and go back to where you came out of cuz you won’t get my money and I know the patients in this great state deserve better treatment than this corporate greed this place is showing Us all
Because of business like this one we will never get rid of the black market

Greedy charlatans gouging patients with the same dried out crap Curaleaf bud available in Bellmawr which is $45 an eighth there with my Medicaid discount, but at Zen leaf, I can pay a ludicrous $70 an 8th for the SAME crap. You're not getting a dime of mine again. You should be ashamed of contributing to making medication so outrageously unaffordable

Charging $70 for an eighth of Curaleaf trash flower and $85 for 350 mg edibles. Screw this place won't be visiting anytime soon. Clearly profits over patients.

They sent me away empty handed. I had preordered online, and noted in the order that I had to bring a child. GPS doesn’t take you there, so after I drove around for half an hour, I finally found it, and they turned me away at the door because I had a child. Three jackbooted thugs.
I went to RISE in Paterson instead and I was in and out in five minutes or less. I called “Zen” and spoke to the manager. He didn’t care, and their customer service is all but nonexistent. Don’t just not go there, BOYCOTT ZEN LEAF.

they may have lowered their prices after seeing the response they got, but I still won't support this company. they showed their true colors opening the way they did and made it perfectly clear how greedy & opportunistic they are just looking to capitalize on an already overpriced medical program

I will never ever give this dispensary even one chance of visiting them. They are going straight for the money. They don't care about their patients. All of New Jersey already knows...this dispensary is in trouble... Don't see them lasting past a year.

This was the first dispensary I've ever been too. I wasn't quite sure what to do or what to expect. After registration I was let into another room where I put in my order. I was looking around hoping to see someone so I could ask questions. I walked up to the counter and spoke to a girl and explained it was my first time. I had questions but she was barely able to answer. I was excited and wanted to learn about gummies and lozenges and what I should take for when I go to work so I wouldn't feel "foggy" all day. she said they were out of gummies, out of lozenges out of pain balm and the only thing they had was flower. ok fine. but there was only 4 flowers to choose from. I kept having to repeat my questions bc she couldn't hear me over the loud music and the 8 other associates talking behind her. I just didn't understand why no one would come around to speak to me after I asked but they were all talking behind the glass. I was so let down. My doctor said good things about this dispensary and I left extremely unsatisfied. Customer service was terrible except for the gentleman at the front desk who had me fill out paper work.

Another Dispensary in our garden state failed to live up to expectations and relief by having another Dispensary approved.
Why do Dispensary take shit cureleaf buds and then sell them at higher prices. Meanwhile, the same crab buds are floating from. New place to new place. Its not new if you have bad weed from someone else. Why don't you grow your own strains or if law allows, get it from another state nearby before opening shop. Patients demand response and results.
Until you have a new menu with your own crafted strains...peace out cub scout

Great location clearly visible for 1&9 with easy parking. Staff was very helpful and explained their line. Their own selection was light due to not having the inventory yet due to still cultivating as they are just being a soft launch (complaints are unfounded about selling curaleaf products as nearly every dispensary sells at least some curaleaf carts if not solely curaleaf products). The prices were on par with other locations in the area (NJ MMJ is expensive no matter where you go). They offer products like topicals and edibles I haven't seen at other dispensaries in the area (not much to compare as far as prices with these products).

This place is sleek, formal, easy to get to. I give them 5 stars the Verano name I heard about. So far I have tried their carts and edibles. I can't wait till the flower leaves processing. Reviews coming soon.

Anyone else encounter rude employees ? I went there today and I was told I'm a almost forceful way that I couldnt use my cellphone and when I ask why they answer I got was because its a rule ...... So I asked again but why they all looked at eachother and all they could say was because its a rule ... What's nexts .... What rule will you try and establish without a valid reason you can't just say its just because ...... I called in and spoke to the manager and i expressed to her my feelings that her employees are rude and don't know how to explain to reason why this rule was in place and also explained to her its not what you say but how you say it... she explained to me it had to do to hip a law etc etc that I can understand I must admit I was a bit angry and starters knitpicking and said I can go to the other dispensarys and they don't have this rule ..... She explained to be that its part of the rules they choose to follow she can not talk about or say what they do and I respect that .... Employees there need to be trained better in customer service ... Its almost like they were just thrown on the sales floor with no training and were told go work ..... ..... They need to be trained better especially working with patients ... We all have different problems and they should learn how to deal with us we go there for our medication not to be treated like crap....ill just take my cash elsewhere

Cannabis Patient for over a year & have been to most of The Garden States Cannabis Dispensaries. The actual "Live" & Very Personal Care for my complex medical problems by their Quality People & Ownership Was Outstanding! In a Covid 19-Safe & Secure, Medicinal Cannabis Dispensary, they went Above & Beyond The Call Of Duty Serving Sick Patients with a Full Range Of Excellent Medicinal Cannabis Medicines. The Superior Medicinal Quality Cannabis Oils, Edibles & Now, Their 1st Medicinal Cannabis Flower/ Not Non-Medicinal Ground, is a Far Cry from any other N.J. I walked in to a very friendly and inviting place. They only had a few flower selections and those were of really good quality. The staff was extremely nice and the lady behind the glass actually came around the glass to answer all my questions and make sure I was good to go before I left. Great customer service and I will definitely recommend this to anyone.

I have become a regular here since my first visit. Their staff is A+ the best customer service ever! Perfectly clean, bright, happy employee’s doing everything to keep you safe during the Pandemic. What surprised me the most was when I returned in just the 2nd visit, they actually knew my name. They know their products and answered all my questions without rushing me. Their products and medical marijuana are outstanding and their Verono Gummies are awesome! A huge Thank You to the Staff at Zen for Top #1 Customer Service💕💕.

Omg this used to be daffy’s 😫 me and my cousin would call each other on the pay phones here. Bitter sweet to know it’s gone but to know it’s a dispensary now was well worth it. And you budtenders stop being rude you work around weed all day and you have an attitude no bueno!
