Came to pick up an online order. Stood in line for 20 mins while watching atleast a dozen walk up customers that came in after me leave before me. How does it make sense to have 10 registers open for walk up and 1 for online orders? Tighten it up zen.
no product info thc% not going to buy stuff with no info. i turn people away to shops that put info. an honor all missed advertisements not just 1 item. as i have been multiple times finding missed advertised products price.

I love territory customer service and they have a great selection of products but this is the last time I'll buy flower from them. Here's why, the flower is always dried out and you're still paying the full price without discount even if it was packaged 6 months ago. I understand they're trying to move their product but I'm a medical user and have been for over 2 years and everytime Territory's flower is old and dried out. Sorry territory, I just spent over $100 on 2 1/8ths from two different vendors and both are dried out and were packaged in November and December of last year. That's not cool. I can barely smoke it burns my throat so bad.
