I am a Medical patient! AND I will never come back to this location ever AGAIN! I had a horrible experience with my RX getting switched out with two different types of flowers I didn’t order .. (I placed it at 9:50 am) I get there bud tender Jordan tells me my order. One of my original order is there the other one is replaced due to what I ordered being gone. I go to the ATM get money get back in line. Get to the counter Jordan says he’s having computer issues has to re-do my order. He rings up two jars that he never shows me puts them in my bag I pay. I get home and I have nothing of what I ordered. Jordan is playing games at the register with people’s prescriptions.!! I call customer service right away. They are great. Tara and her supervisor are wonderful they do everything right. I am told that this is going to be fixed by allowing me to get two free eighths of my choosing, so I order some on Saturday. I get to the store and Fabian I guess he’s the one in charge …looks at the note in the computer and says I “oh so we’re supposed to eat that “ he storms off and goes and gets two different types of flowers, and says no you’re getting these not what is ordered !
Not once does he ask what happened not once did he apologize for what Jordan did he proceeded to be a jerk and tell me, this is the house rules with a shitty smirk on his face in a tone that makes you feel like you did something wrong, not his employee!!!
Do you know if the house policy would’ve been explained politely and maybe a sorry, for my troubles was explained I don’t think I would’ve had a problem, but because Fabian has no customer service or care of patients again. I will never be returning to the store !!! a multibillion dollar company, and I truly couldn’t get the flower of my choosing after what was done to me with my medical medicine !!
My money will be spent elsewhere !!

As a medical patient, being denied service based on the orientation of my state identification is utterly asinine.
The laughable part is that my order was originally for delivery, but switched to pickup because the deals are apparently not applied though delivery. The order was originally accepted using the same ID that was denied at the storefront!!
Thanks for not only having me drive down there to endure a personal power trip, but to additionally lose brain cells. Much appreciated..
I will never be back and am glad I never gave this establishment any money. I will surely share my experience with every cannabis user I know.

I didn’t like that the manager/supervisor FABIAN at ZEN LEAF had the NERVE to have a sour attitude with my wife ( medical patient) when she was there to pick up our order that was screwed up from yesterday! Yes it’s on you guys!! your agent shouldn’t be screwing up medical patients orders and switching up orders threw out the day! Not Right!! Rude customer service by Fabian today!

I had the misfortune of being helped by a guy named Connor there. Every time he talked I got an unfriendly vibe from him and made me feel rushed and not welcomed there. Not only that but the security guard was unfriendly and they were both unpleasant to be around which makes me not want to come here again. I can’t believe all the good reviews this place has. Definitely letting my friends know to avoid this place and not to believe all the “great” and “amazing” comments this place has.

Great location and amazing staff.
I only been going here because it’s actually really close to where I live but recently I’ve been going n all times I’ve had troubles with them just little things tho. I honestly don’t know if I would recommend it but it’s a alright place tbh n I guess you could say the people that work there are cool.
Line is quick and the med/rec process is pretty smooth.
SADLY NO DEALS FOR MEDICAL UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE!!

I placed an order at 10 a.m. and picked up at 4 p.m. and they were out of what I ordered at 10 a.m. and did not bother to tell me. I will never ever come back to this place again. Extremely bad business.
was not super stoked with service..was not allowed to even look at my order to verify before leaving cuz of new stuff..kinda annoying not even able to verify..also...not even able to use a first time patient deal cuz it conflicted w sale on shatter.?!?.lame..

Due to coin shortage, they will make you use your loyalty points if you don’t have exact change. I told the budtender I didn’t want to, she basically told me I had to if I didn’t have another dollar. I should be able to choose whether to use them or not, and as a cash ran business, this shouldn’t be an issue that falls on consumers. It’ll be an issue for me to drive the distance I do to this location in the future because of how this got handled today.
Went today and was left way waiting longer than recreational line, given I am a medical patient who preordered. When it was time to pay for my medicine they tried to over charge me.

How do you sleep at night ,when you sell bad quality products like puraearth?
Manager on duty told me they would honor the deal if I pulled it up on Leafly and then disrespectfully chose not to honor the deal. Ruined my fathers day thanks a lot manager your customer service was the worst I have seen. Express cashier even was puzzled it was a strange and terrible interaction I will probably never be back!!!
Overall a pretty decent experience for a FTP. I called ahead to make sure I could place an order online as a first timer and not only did they confirm I could, but also went a step further in explaining check in process. I was able to confirm my ftp deal over text and it was ready in under 30 minutes. When I arrived it was easy to find and I was in and out. They even verified my order before bagging it. Got some HG 8ths that are fire.
Customer service wasn’t all that grate they got my online order wrong

Haven’t been in store yet
They did an excellent job considering the difficult task at hand. This is going to be a long term problem. I would certainly stop by again and recommend that anyone with a card visit Territory Mesa.
I love picking up here, it is easy to get in and out and there is lots of parking. We moved closer to this area and I haven’t wanted to go anywhere else. Good specials and lots of product in stock too. Thanks!
