Zen Leaf - Neptune (Med/Rec)

Today was one of the lost embarrassing experiences I’ve had EVER. The MANAGER with long dirty blonde hair and a facial hair (he worked the closing shift in 12-19-25)….he refused to give his name (I believe a client can ask who it is that is servicing them; he knew he had already broke several company rules and decided to ask security to escort me out…..while I’m still getting change to leave. Very disappointing. Not only would he just not rectify the problem, but threatened me, and then had security “escort me out” simply because he didn’t want to provide his name. O YEA…..I AM A VIP MEMBER (not that it makes me special, but you would think they would care about customer retention). I am extremely disappointed; I actually recommended people here.

Zen site down, unable to order, found leafly and was able to order. Great site, will use again.

The first time I ordered I drove 45 minutes and when I got there the product wasn't available even though I pre-ordered. I tried contacting them with the chat feature. That was a disaster the guy had no clue. I left a review with one star. Edwin Prada from zenleaf called me and we talked about my rating. He said if you take off your rating I'll give you a 15% discount which sounded okay at the time. Since then I learned I get 10% off because I'm over 55. So the discount is really only 5% because I can't add it on to the 10%. I have since shopped there and came back satisfied. But people should know that it's not perfect. Since my first visit was a disaster should have offered me 25% off. Everybody is a chinzo these days.
