overall good experience. parking layout is a bit funky and limited. customer service was very good

The lady at the counter was very rude when ask if I was a veteran, the line was insane and I feel rushed every time I step foot in this place.

Please get rid of the zigzagging line setup! Staff were all very friendly and helpful! Parking situation could be better.

slowest line ever. don't go here on weekends. wasted like an hour an a half in line. they only care about medical patients or had an issue with staff or something. no one had any agenda regarding time efficiency.
