Great customer service, knowledgeable, courteous!

Zenleaf has an overall joyful crew and atmosphere. Ru helped me with my purchase today and she was very cheerful and made my experience fantastic.

I was looking for something new to try and Ru hooked me up big time. She recommended 2-3 things for me and they were all fantastic! 10/10 I would go back just for more of her recommendations

This place is my go to! I used to go to Earth Med in Addison but the staff, product and parking all changed for worse. Once I switched to Zen Leaf in St. Charles I have always able to get what I need. The budtenders are personable and helpful. On my last visit my budtender, Lo, was THE BEST!

I come here frequently and I always look to find Haley behind the counter and will wait for her specifically even if there’s a line. She is always so friendly and helps me figure out exactly what I need.

I switched to Zen Leaf because they had a product in stock that I needed but I should've changed years ago. They were amazingly nice, quite informational and carry quality products. I highly recommend them!

There's a call center representative by the name of Rolan who took the time the call each individual dispensary to try to find what I was looking for I've never experienced such great customer service in my life thanks again

The Customer Service is amazing. They always make sure to greet me when I walk in the door. Even today after there was a mistake to my medical purchase. They went above and beyond to fix the mistake and make sure I got exactly what I needed. Thank You so much Joe and team!!!!!
