With Blair Wellness less than a 5 min drive away, you would think they would adapt price-wise.

I ordered delivery to my house. The wait was about 2 hours which was exceptional.The pricing on the website was amazing as they had plenty of deals to choose from. If you’re looking for fast and friendly service with a wide variety of products, i would definitely recommend zen leaf in towson.

the communication sucks. Had me waiting for curb side for 30 mins called twice. was on the phone with costumer service for 20 mins. the manager had a Nonchalant attitude. she didn't care. I felt like they all was laughing as I was having anxiety will not be going back NO TIME SOON. THEY DON'T CARE ANYWAY

This was my 1st time shopping here and Alexander helped me tremendously with me being new and Sam helped me on the phone when I called earlier that day on the phone! The products I purchased were great as well, definitely purchasing from here again! Thanks for being awesome guys !

I went in for the first time and knew what I already wanted. I got my disposable pen and a day later the battery died. I went back expecting I would have to go through a little hassle. But nope, the manager was so apologetic and just gave me a new one. She said if I ever any problems to always just come back. The front desk person was nice and the sales associate.

Need to do better job of updating your menu with stats and characteristics of products and what they do effect wise. Nobody is making a drive just guessing.

This place is golden no BULLSHIT! Hands down I don't think any other companies can compare due to the vibe, staff, and awesome energy here. I recommend my momma homie.... I have been coming here for a few weeks now and this place is great. it is much further from me than I normally would go but the deals are just that good. they ALWAYS seem to have a BUNCH of different strains and new things go on sale all the time. I love it. I save money and I don't have to leave my car...AWESOME

they need to have the online ordering setup. they need to have all the descriptions of the item that you're trying to sell an update their menu more often. The employees are awesome I get a good vibe when I go but I also think you could also offer deals.

I am always impressed with the knowledge and transparency of the entire staff!

This was my first time using Zen Leaf Towson and the customer service was second to none. David provided excellent knowledge and access, making himself fully available, and never making me feel rushed or a bother. The atmosphere made me feel very uncomfortable. Zen Leaf has changed a lot and not for the best. I don't know if the management changed or what. I could not get out of there fast enough. The way that they do things now. I used to refer to it as my happy place.
