Zion Cannabis - Ontario

The flower I got didn't look NOTHING like as in the pictures. It was real dry, and dark brownish. Not happy at all with the product.

The weed I got was crap. They use the same photos for all the strains, so you cannot use the pictures to make a decision. There is no way this is 30%TCH.

Would not recommend this shop to spend your hard-earned cash, attendant sold me and my wife an ounce of "mid-shelf" flower. A few days later (as we hadn't opened the flower up to that point) I noticed the flower was black and VERY moldy. We non aggressively brought this to the attention of the shop, we were advised to call the manager and after numerous attempts and calls, we were able to contact the manager. The manager, however, claimed there was nothing they could do other than give us 30% percentage off our next purchase. I doubt we'll be returning after this experience though as this is not the first time we have had an issue with this shop. If you want reliably good and clean flower, do not go to Zion dispensary. I now have over $100 of non-smokable moldy flower that is bound for the trash due to no fault of my own, thanks Zion.

This place sucks. Waited for 20 minutes. They say they are understaffed… at a dispensary! Curbside pickup is a joke.

Definitely stoked on Zion. These guys have a big showroom much like what I’ve seen in western Oregon or Reno. Their selection is massive, and the customer service is what you should expect to come from experienced bud tenders. Great job, keep up the good work. Sidenote. The mini-ATMs you guys have are so cute!

I love Zion.not only do they have what I like but they always have great help around to assist in all your needs. They are extremely friendly, knowledgeable and just all around great team at Zion. Definitely my go to place all the time. Thank for the early bird discounts.

This place is horrible. I ordered two different types of strains. Once the order was ready, My wife went to go pick it up and they said they did not have either strain. They said it was a Leafly’s fault because Leafly Updates their site and not Zion. I found that to be kind of strange considering the individual stores should be the ones updating the website. The other weird thing was on Zions actual website it had the exact same strains for sale. Also the strain is still up on both menu. I can understand a mistake or somethings selling out, but to blame the website they are working Shows very little class and shows they do not own up to their own mistakes. I ended up with over priced dirt weed and it was a half instead of a oz. I ordered a oz before. the only thing that was like the original order was the price. My wife didn’t know what she got because some worker picked it out and told her it was the same as the original order. I’ll just keep go to cannabis and glass because they’re leafly is always correct.

I appreciate curbside service, but they were out of 3 different items that I ordered online. I wish it would show online when something is out of stock is my only complaint. Staff was friendly, prices were fair.

I loved it there. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. I ordered online and went in to pick it up and the guy was so friendly and showed my what I had ordered and checked the THC amount for me. I was very pleased with the service and will go back again.

So I walking and there is a window and I show my id and go to a door amd then it is this big empty space that has unorganized flower amd various edible and dab things. No real method to the arrangement. Got 2 grams amd left. The flower was not what I ordered am it was pricy. Will not be going back.

Ordered online with a curbside pickup and that was in a flash! Prepared to pay $183.00 and in the end "with all the discounts", $143!!! Much appreciated! Rheumatoid arthritis can be tough on some days, and this place delivers relief. Recommend Sour Diesel!!

Always enjoy coming here. Tried to upswell new products but were not pushy. Once we knew what we wanted they were fast and helpful, all the girls are super nice.

On the website it lists a certain strain at 30% THC. Made the purchase with high hopes. When I get home it’s 18% and the quality is sub par. Misleading and deceptive practices at Zion. Won’t be back!
